This is the event page for the event in the English server. The JP event page is mAnkai ApArtment!.
mAnkai ApArtment! (EN server) is event number 39 in the English A3! server. This is the first Parallel Event in the game. The setting and character outfits are based on art that was specially created for AGF 2018, back during the event's original run on the JP server.

Event Story[edit]

You’ve arrived at ‘MANKAI Apartments’, the place your father used to be the landlord of. Residing there are 24 part-time actors with distinct personalities...
How to Play[edit]
- During the event period, limited practice sessions can be played. First go to the event top page or to the play selection screen, then go to the "Event Program" menu and begin practice!
- Instead of points, this event has special
event items, which can be collected for every show cleared. As special event items are gathered, various rewards can be obtained. Rewards can also be acquired by ranking based on the total event items gained! - If the show is successful, special event items and other items, card or coin rewards can be obtained. If it is unsuccessful, the team strength earned during the unsuccessful performance is saved, and you can try again until the performance is successful. For more information on how to clear performances, see Team Building.
The Small Bonus mark indicates cards with slightly increased stats and small event bonuses during performances (even as guest supports). New birthday cards are given this mark for events in their corresponding month.
Kame Bun refills 1 SP while 
Kame Box fully refills your SP (will overflow up to 10SP total)
Bento fully recovers your LP while 
Onigiri recovers 50% of your LP (will overflow up to 400LP total)
