A new season.
Happy New Year.
I'm glad I was able to see lots of smiles at MANKAI theatre last year.
To those of you who came to see us:
Thank you. I hope we can meet again.
To those of you who couldn't come:
Please come this year. We'll be waiting expectantly.
Well then.
As for how MANKAI Company is ringing in the new year......
It's a scattered household.
That said, only temporarily.
Some have returned home, some have gone overseas, and some remain at the dorms;
we're only apart for a short time, so do not worry.
In a few days, we'll all be gathered again.
I'm looking forwards to seeing what sort of "souvenirs" everyone brings back.
Today I plan to visit a shrine near my family home.
It is a shrine dedicated to Ebisu, and my grandmother goes to visit every year without fail.
Being able to welcome the new year in good health like this
might be due to her strong faith.
Following in those footsteps, I too shall pray for my family's health and the theatre's prosperity --
and for great happiness to you who always support us.
We promise to deliver good plays in 2019 as well.
Thank you for your continued patronage again this coming year.

This is the Autumn Troupe's Sakyo Furuichi.
Happy New Year.
Thank you very much for all your support and visits to the theatre over the past year.
Please continue to support MANKAI Company this year, too.
With the new year's greetings completed, I have an announcement.
Thanks to your help, the reborn MANKAI Company will soon be reaching its second anniversary.
We've added new members and, I think, new fans supporting us as well.
It'll soon be a year since we started this blog, too......
With that, the troupe members will be updating the blog every day from today.
In addition to introducing themselves, they will ask the next person a question.
They must answer the question asked of them. Those are the rules.
We hope it'll be a project that both the fans who have supported us since the first year
and those who are still coming to know us can enjoy.
Well......Think of it as killing time over the new year holiday and enjoy it.
This has gotten long with the greeting and explanation, but......I'm the top batter.
Autumn Troupe, Sakyo Furuichi. I'm the oldest in the Autumn Troupe.
My special skill is stunt fighting. I'm better with props than hand-to-hand combat.
I enjoy watching movies and reading books. The light novel I read on Chigasaki's recommendation,
"When I Woke Up, My House Had Turned Into A Greengrocer's!? ~Spring Vegetable Edition~",
was rather interesting in spite of the absurd title; I'd recommend it.
I also read the one called "Heisei Nii-chan-Loving Association!", but......
As the older brother to a younger sister, I had mixed feelings and couldn't enjoy it much.
Well, I guess this is how things are like at the start.
Tomorrow's update......I'll just say it's from the troupe's best drinker.
I suppose "Aspirations for the New Year" will do for the question.
I'm sure there will be plenty of ridiculous questions later anyway......
Well then. If you will, please check back tomorrow, too.

Happy New Year.
This is the Winter Troupe's Azuma Yukishiro.
Let's all make this a good year too.
Did you read Sakyo-kun's blog yesterday?
We're going to take turns each day writing blogs
along with self-introductions.
Then, I'll start by introducing myself.
I'm Azuma Yukishiro. I'm in the Winter Troupe.
I was born on January 22. My blood type is B.
As for my age...I might keep that a secret.
I was introduced by Sakyo-kun as "the troupe's best drinker",
but in terms of quantity, there are people in the company who drink more than I do.
I won't say who, though.
The question from Sakyo-kun was "aspirations for the new year".
It's the sort of formal question he would ask.
I suppose for 2019, "I want to support others both openly and from the shadows".
Up until now, I've been helped and supported lots by everyone in the troupe,
so this year I'd like to become someone who supports them.
This ends my relay blog.
That's right. I should pass a question to the next person, right?
Then, from my to "that" mysterious man with many secrets...
Let's try asking him to "Disclose a secret from 2018".
Well then, look forwards to what sort of answer will come tomorrow.
Winter Troupe, Azuma Yukishiro.

This is the Spring Troupe's Chikage Utsuki.
Happy new year.
I hope we can meet lots at the theatre this year as well.
Well then, I'll start by fulfilling the relay blog's first requirement, "self-introduction".
I'm Chikage Utsuki. I'm in the Spring Troupe.
I usually do work involving overseas business,
so you could say my special skill is "languages".
I'll attend to you, so I hope those of you from overseas
will feel free to come to the theatre too.
About the relay blog's second requirement......As expected of Azuma-san.
"Disclose a secret from 2018".
There's no question more difficult to answer than this.
But it seems it must be answered, so it can't be helped.
Then here's one.
During the KniRoun play, everyone in the Spring Troupe got a bit thinner,
and when they weighed themselves at Yuki's command they'd lost more weight than expected.
Everyone grew a little concerned and strove hard to gain weight, but......
The truth is, I'd forgotten I'd been asked by the manager to
'fix the scales because they're broken'.
I fixed them after.
To everyone in the Spring Troupe, particularly the one who struggled the most with gaining weight.
Sorry. In the end, everyone became a few kilos heavier than they were originally,
but there were a lot of people who were already in the average~skinny range, so let's just say that worked out well.
Tomorrow's update will be from the person who spends their days working busily whilst still being a student.
The question is......"Something you want to do when you become an adult".
Though I'd actually like to add, 'Answer in English'.
Viewing Period: 6 Jan 19
Happy New Year.
This is the Summer Troupe's Tenma Sumeragi.
Apparently this relay blog consists of "a self-introduction"
and "answering a question from the person who posted the previous day".
You probably all know me,
so I don't think I need to introduce myself at this point, but......I'll keep it simple.
I'm the Summer Troupe's leader, Tenma Sumeragi. I'm an actor.
My hobby is tending to bonsai, but after playing a gardener in a movie
I've actually developed an interest in landscaping too.
The question from Chikage-san was "Something you want to do when you become an adult", huh.
I thought about it a lot, but there honestly isn't much.
Still, if I had to say, it'd be "drinking".
I don't yet have an interest in beer or wine,
but when I look at the adults in the troupe, there are things they can talk about by sharing a drink,
and for better or worse, they can expand their network...is what I thought.
Both as a person and as an actor,
I'd like to have one or two drinks for the experience.
...Though if I say this sort of thing, I'll probably get cornered by the drinkers in the troupe.
My answer in English...I'll send it by LIME to Chikage-san after.
Tomorrow's post will be by the person who provides our meals.
How's "Something that's irritated you recently" for the question?
He's always gentle, so I'm honestly really curious.
Well then, check back tomorrow, okay.
Viewing Period: 7 Jan 19
Hello. This is the Autumn Troupe's Omi Fushimi.
Happy New Year.
I hope to put on good plays and take nice photos this year, too.
Please treat me kindly.
The relay blog starts with a self-introduction, right.
I'm in the Autumn Troupe. Omi Fushimi.
My hobby is photography...Wait, I said that earlier, too.
My special skill is cooking, so I'm in the kitchen at the troupe dorms mostly every day.
Recently, I've been focusing on exploring spicy cuisine.
The question from Tenma was..."Something that's irritated me recently", huh.
I've never thought of myself as particularly gentle, though...That's difficult.
After this question came up yesterday, I thought back over recent events
and came up with just one thing.
Taichi and Azami's end-of-term test results were good,
so we all went to eat delicious Chinese food.
Things got very lively, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves,
so I also took lots of photos, but...I accidentally deleted the data.
Honestly, that's the thing that's gotten me down the most lately; I was so frustrated with myself.
When I apologised, everyone said, 'Don't worry about something like that. We can just go again',
so now I can think positively about it.
I'd like to take lots more photos of everyone soon.
I hope that's an okay answer to the question.
Tomorrow's update will be from the man who's always aloof, yet pure and straightforward.
The question is, "A dish you're craving at the moment'.
He's a guy who doesn't show much interest in food, so as the person in charge of meals I'd like to ask this of him.
Ah, please say something other than curry.

Spring Troupe, Masumi Usui.
Currently high school 3rd year.
I like music.
Recently I've been listening to EDM a lot.
Stuff like trap and groove house.
The question from Omi:
"A dish you're craving at the moment"
Nothing in particular.
But I was told I had to say one thing, so I thought about it.
Coffee jelly.
Because it was delicious when the Director brought it.
I sometimes eat it at the school cafeteria too.
The person writing tomorrow's blog is...a weirdo.
This troupe is full of weirdos, though.
The question is "A napping spot you've found recently".

...There were more than I'd thought.
I'm a bit surprised.
I wrote my name at the start so I'll skip that.
Is this okay for the self-introduction?
The question from Misumi:
"Your favourite triangle"
The marshmallow pizza I made the other day at the cafe I work part-time at.
There were lots of marshmallows on it and it was incredibly delicious.
Pizza is round but when you cut it it's a triangle...Does that count?

Have a happy new year.
I'd be glad if you'd come to the theatre this year as well.
About this relay blog that Sakyo-san started at the beginning of the year,
to think it'd be Miyoshi before me...
Well, I'll start with my self introduction for now.
Tasuku Takato. I'm in the Winter Troupe.
185cm, blood type A.
My hobbies are muscle training and soccer, and I also like watching kabuki.
But for me, there's nothing that beats acting.
If possible, I'd like to end the blog here, but...
Apparently there's a rule where
you absolutely have to answer the question from the previous day's blog...
This is the question from Miyoshi.
"The thing that most makes you think, 'Ah~ That's rejuvenating~!' at the moment"
I can't really think of anything specific that gives a sense of rejuvenation, but...
I often find myself staring at
the moss balls that Tsumugi started growing in our room...
Simply seeing the green balls in their small jar sway
feels strangely calming to me.
Is this rejuvenation...I'm not sure,
but it might be something close to it.
Tomorrow's the dog-like guy who's always running around energetically.

The super standard feel is such a Tasuku-san thing!
Something I want to challenge myself to this year is..."Solo ○○-ing!
Solo karaoke, solo movie-going, solo yakiniku...!
I know it's more fun going with everyone,
but somehow...it feels like a step towards adulthood!

Hello. It's the Spring Troupe's Itaru Chigasaki.
It was fun getting to stand on stage lots last year.
I hope I can see you lots at the theatre this year, too.
Well then, this relay blog has reached 14 people with me.
We're already past the halfway point, but I'll explain what it is for the people who missed it.
MANKAI Company will soon reach its 2nd anniversary.
To celebrate that, everyone in the troupe is taking turns to update the blog every day.
(Though due to some personal circumstances, we couldn't update it yesterday......)
The contents of each blog post are your self-introduction and your answer to the question from the person who wrote the previous day's post.
Then without further ado, I'll proceed.
Itaru Chigasaki. I'm in the Spring Troupe.
My birthday is April 24. I'm normally a salaryman employed at a trading company.
I have a diverse range of hobbies including reading and watching movies, and also a slight interest in games.
I'll be in your care.
The question from Kumon before was,
"The first thing in the new year that's made you go 'no way!'"!
Honestly, this year has been full of "no way!" moments.
I'll refrain from going into the how's and why's, though.
I suppose the first "no way!" moment was when I returned to the dorms after going home over the new year's break.
For some reason, there'd been a cleaning up boom, and most of the retro games that should have been in the warehouse
had been put out on the flea market...
There'd been a lot of games I'd played when I was young,
so I'd been thinking of playing them with everyone. It's a pity.
Maybe we'll play some new party games instead.
Tomorrow's blog post will be from...the uni student who looks scary but actually has a cute side too.
How's that for a hint?
The question is "Your best heroic moment".
Viewing Period: 18 Jan 19
This is the 15th relay blog.
I was introduced as "having a cute side too" by Itaru-san,
but do I have a side like that...?
I'm told so by Azuma-san occasionally too, but...I don't really get it.
Anyway, I'll write my self-introduction and answer to the question.
I'm the Autumn Troupe's Juza Hyodo.
I go to the same university as Omi-san and Tsuzuru-san.
I'm not good at studying, but classes at university are fun.
The question from Itaru-san was "Your best heroic moment",
but even after thinking about it for a whole night I couldn't think of a heroic moment.
Then when I tried asking my little brother Kumon,
he said, "When you caught the convenience store robber".
A long time ago, when I went to the convenience store, when I saw the shopkeeper being threatened by a strange guy
I immediately helped out, and it turned out they were actually a robber.
I hadn't realised at all that it was a robbery, and that they were even holding a gun.
Thankfully, it was a toy gun, but...
If the same thing happens again, I think be more careful.
I don't know whether this makes for a heroic moment, but...
Itaru-san, let this pass for today.
Tomorrow's blog post will be from the person who always takes care of the students in the troupe.
I want to become as calm as that person.
The question is, "Something you'd want to do if you could go back to your university days".

It's been a while. This is the Winter Troupe's Tsumugi Tsukioka.
Have you all been enjoying the relay blog?
Then I'll present my self-introduction as well.
I'm the Winter Troupe's Tsumugi Tsukioka.
......This is the second time I've said it, isn't it.
My hobby is gardening, and I've borrowed the dorm courtyard to grow flowers in.
Next is the question from the Autumn Troupe's Juza-kun, right.
The question was, "Something you'd want to do if you could go back to your university days".
There are various things, but if I had to limit it to one,
it might be, "to take more photos".
I'm not very good with gadgets,
so I didn't take many photos either on a phone or a camera.
But looking at the Summer Troupe's Kazunari-kun and the Autumn Troupe's Omi-kun,
I've come to think that taking pictures of even the most trivial moments and preserving them in some form
is an incredibly precious and wonderful thing.
There must have been lots of things in university
that were fun or useful to my future life, and yet......they're only in my memory,
so it's a big sad that I can't share them with everyone.
In university, you have a lot of time and are able to do many different things,
so even if you think it's normal and boring at the time, when you become an adult,
you end up feeling nostalgic about those memories and treasuring them.
I don't think Juza-kun is the type to take photos either,
but try challenging yourself to many things, and do stupid things sometimes;
make memories, and take lots of photos.
......Maybe that sounded a bit like a lecture.
Then a question to the future prince who'll be writing tomorrow's blog:
Please tell me, "Your top 3 interesting manga from 2018".
Thank you for reading this far.

Blood Type♪ A (I'm sometimes told I'm like an AB type. I wonder why?)

No. 1 "Strawberry☆Drop"
You can't take your eyes off the succession of thrilling developments in every chapter...!
The many delicious-looking sweets that appear are also worth paying attention to!
The person writing tomorrow's blog is the fashionable person who's knowledgeable about beauty!
The question is,
"Who would you want to try doing make-up on and having as your model?"
Well then, thank you very much for reading to the end!

Autumn Troupe, Azami Izumida.
Starting from my self-introduction:
Azami Izumida. Type B. Third year, middle school.
I'm in the Autumn Troupe and take care of hair and make-up for the company.
The question from Muku-san:
"Who would you want to try doing make-up on and having as your model?"
There are many different types of face in our company,
so honestly, there are quite a few people I'd like to see model and do try doing make-up on,
but out of them all, Citron-san and Guy-san are foreigners,
so they have distinctive faces; I'd like to lay on the glittery eyeshadow
and bold eyeliner, and use lipstick with a vivid colour...
Anyway, I'd like to try extravagant make-up at least once.
After that, maybe using wigs and doing a complete crossdress.
With natural-looking make-up as much as possible.
It might also be interesting to make them walk outside and see how well they can hide that they're men.
In terms of a model, the physiques that Tsumugi-san, Itaru-san, and Kazunari-san have seem fun to work with,
but as a challenge, Tsuzuru-san or Tasuku-san...?
Well, I'll try it if I feel like it someday.

It’s been a severe winter.
It looks like influenza has spread widely in the town.
After I had a vaccination the other day, I was told, “you’ve done well,” and got mandarin oranges.
It’s looks like a scheme for children who are not afraid of injection.
By doing the same things to adults, they won’t hurt the small pride of children.
My heart becomes warm thinking about that kind, wonderful consideration.
Well then, enough with the small talk… I shall proceed to the 19th self-introduction.
My name is Arisugawa Homare.
I’m a member of Winter Troupe.
My job is a writer.
The question from Azami-kun is, “Hair style you want to try on”….. hmm.
This is.a quite difficult question.
That’s because I’ve had this hairstyle since childhood.
But it’s not like I’ve never thought about an image change.
When I get a writer’s block, I shall refresh my mind starting from my hairstyle!
…I’ve rarely come up with such an idea.
If I change my hairstyle for real…. What do you think about Muku-kun’s hairstyle?
My impression will certainly change remarkably a lot with that pink, fluffy perm.
And since that style shares the same point with mine as to have asymmetrical part, I feel like I can breathe a sigh of relief somehow.
Well, I’m still planning to keep this plum odd, straight-cut bangs Assym-Hair (※name by Yuki-kun) for several years, no, for decades to come.
Please love me, Homare Arisugawa, along with my charm point as well.
Oh, no. It’s gotten a little bit too long.
I shall pass the baton to MANKAI Company’s dramatist.
My question will be…. “Which play you want to write a sequel to.” How about that?

Hello.
This is Tsuzuru Minagi of Spring Troupe.
Do you enjoy our relay blog project?
Since everyone includes an unknown side and shocking facts of them on the blog…
Before I knew it, I’ve come to check the blog too everyday.
All right then, I shall proceed with my self-introduction.
I’m Tsuzuru Minagi, a member of Spring Troupe.
My birthday is on April 9. I’m a university student.
I’m in charge of writing the script in MANKAI Company.
….With that said, I received this question from Homare-san: “Which play you want to write a sequel to.”
This is honestly a very difficult question for me.
I have a lot of favorites and the ones that are filled with memories—I can’t narrow them down…
But it’s not possible to give, “all of them,” as an answer, right…
However, if you mean a play that I’ve always been attracted into writing more…
It will be Spring Troupe’s debut performance “Romeo and Julius”.
It was the very first script that I wrote.
I didn’t think my writing would be that good at the time given the fact that it was first time,
but now that I looked back at it, my poor skill really did stand out.
However, as I’ve gained experienced and widened my views, I feel like I can write the sequel to ‘Romeo and Julius’ and picked up what we left.
I don’t know when I can do that since I still have a lot of plots I want to write. But I’d like to write that if I have the chance.
Tomorrow’s blog post will be updated by… someone who has deep affinity with Citron-san.
Just like what a scriptwriter will ask, my question will be, “What kind of play do you want to try in the future.”
This has been Tsuzuru Minagi of Spring Troupe.

This is Guy of Winter Troupe.
I’ve insisted to put the title of my relay blog myself, but Citronia wouldn’t let me no matter what…
Even though I don’t understand what he wrote on the title, I’m sure it’s filled with appreciation.
It’s stated that the first thing to do is introducing yourself.
I’m Guy, a member of Winter Troupe.
Coming from the kingdom of Zahra, I’m currently under the care of this theatre company.
I’ve started learning how to cook these days.
I’m still poor at it, but I feel like I’m able to cook something that looks like food compared to before.
I’ll now answer the question from Minagi.
“What kind of play do you want to try in the future.”
I’m a little bit worried about what should I answer, but….
Feeling fortunate, let me tell you my answer.
I’ve become interested in Japan’s history ever since I played a samurai in our fifth performance, “Die by the Sword”.
Reading a book together with Citronia, I was attracted to the Heian period in particular.
The clothes and furnishings are elegant and gorgeous, even the culture is unique…
If I could have a wish, I’d like to perform a play set in Heian period.
Then… if it’s about Japanese culture, I’m also interested in Shinsengumi and Byakkotai.[4]
I have to study more about Japan, following Citronia.
My relay blog should be good enough with this.
It appears the person in charge of tomorrow’s blog… have said something like this before, “Life is super easy mode.” It’s brimming with youth energy; it’s a good thing.
I’ve heard circles are popular in Japan’s universities, so my question will be, “Circle which you’re interested in.”

This is Banri Settsu of Autumn Troupe.
It’s been a while since I last posted on the blog.
Alright then, let’s go ahead to the self-introduction.
Hello.
I’m Banri Settsu, the leader of Autumn. My blood type is B.
I’m a university student now.
The question from Guy-san is “Circle which you’re interested in.”
Since I didn’t really join any club activities in my middle and high school,
I planned to enter at least one circle at university.
However, I didn’t know which circle to join right away.
I’ve thought about joining the board game research club since it seemed interesting,
But I had to give it up since it’s apparently an active circle whose club activities take a long time.
It would interfere with the company’s practice.
It’d be nice if there’s a fun circle where I can at least relaxingly participate.
Tell me if you have any recommendation. There are a lot of strange circles in my college,
But they should perhaps have normal ones.
This should be good enough, right? I’ll pass the baton.
The one in charge of our costumes will update the blog tomorrow.
My question will be, “Costumes that you’d like to make this year.”
Bye, see you later.

Yuki Rurikawa of Summer Troupe here.
I’m the 23rd person to update the blog.
The relay blog project will almost be finished—please enjoy it until the end.
All right, I’ll start with self-introduction.
My name is Yuki Rurikawa
My blood type is O.
I was born on July 8.
I’m in first year of high school.
I’m recently addicted to waffle fabric.
The question from Banri is “Costumes that you’d like to make this year.”
There are a lot of costumes that I want to make, but I lean towards real clothes.
By arranging the color, pattern and additional items, I’ll make it shine on stage.
I also want to make clothes that adhere to small decorations.
I want to be better at shaping this year.
I’ll ask Kazunari and have him introduce me to an art student which is good at that thing.
The next update will be our last relay blog.
Since there’s only one person left, you must have known who will in charge of updating it, right?
I was actually chosen to write the tomorrow’s blog by lottery,
But after discussing with Banri, we think it will be good to make that guy in charge of the last update.
My question is, “Your enthusiasm for third year.”
I’ll ask you as the representative of MANKAI Company, 100% cheerful leader of Spring Troupe.

Thank you for always supporting us!
This is Sakuya Sakuma of Spring Troupe!
This will also be the last post of the relay blog which was started from Sakyo-san.
Even though it only lasted for a short time, did you enjoy it?
I’m a little bit sad to end this project, but I’ll be happy if you read it until the end!
With that said, I’ll be introducing myself!
My name is Sakuya Sakuma, a leader of Spring Troupe.
I’ve only started acting after joining MANKAI Company, so I’m still lacking both in experience and skill. However, I’ll turn my fondness to this company and theater into motivation and continue to do my best!
The question from Yuki-kun is, “Your enthusiasm for third year.”
I’ve discussed it with everyone, and they all feel the same.
Allow me to answer this question as the representative for everyone.
A lot of things changed during our second year…. There are members who graduated and go on a job, while we also have new members joining us.
We thought of one thing at the time.
It’d be nice if we continue on like this. But there is no forever.
That’s why we want to cherish every moment and spend it without any regrets!
The same thing applies to theater.
We’d like to show you the new MANKAI Company by using the experience during our second year, of course!
We have to succeed our sixth plays in order for that to happen.
To my family in the company that I love, and to all the fans that I cherish,
Let’s enjoy every precious moments at the theater in our third year, too!

This is Banri Settsu of Autumn Troupe.
The surging waves of our relay blog project have finally come to an end.
I thought it would take a long time given that we have 24 members, but we finished it earlier than expected.
I also took a look at the blog every day—our theater company is pretty lively, huh.
Thanks for reading it until the end.
With that said, we’ll be updating the blog normally again.
Omi made various types of chocolates the other day, and the variation is something else as usual.
When I learned that Omi taught Muku how to make chocolate, I was reminded that Valentine is soon.
I was asked to give them a taste at that time, but there was a guy who quietly ate them nearby.
I felt like I had an upset stomach just by watching that, so I only tried a little.
I have no complain about the taste though, it was good.
There will also be Setsubun [5] before that, so we have placed some bags of beans.
It looks like things will go beyond control if we throw beans inside the dorm.
I can already see it turn into a snowball fight-like situation.
But well, it will be fun anyway.
Bye for now.

This is Guy from Winter Troupe.
We were scattering beans at the dorm on Setsubun the other day.
Minagi from Spring Troupe, Ikaruga from Summer Troupe, Settsu from Autumn Troupe and Arisugawa from Winter Troupe played the demons for the day.
When I realized, everyone was already focusing their attack on Settsu.
I was hesitating whether to help him or not, but when I asked Citronia about the matter,
that act apparently was a part of the practice.
I was also asked to throw the beans with all my might.
The demon roles were changed during the second round.
MANKAI dorm was perfectly covered by beans after that, but we cleaned it up.
I think it was a good experience.
Everyone eventually ate the beans.
I shall attach a picture from that time.
The number of beans you should eat are supposed to match your age,
But Izumida might have eaten too much.
However, I heard that fortune usually takes shelter inside the beans from Setsubun.
Thus, you can bring that luck into your body by eating them.
I think it’s best to eat more, then.
The weather is still as cold as ever.
Be careful not to catch cold and influenza.

Chikage Utsuki of Spring Troupe here.
We’ve been working as bespectacled waiters at Actor’s Cafe for a few weeks.
Since this was my first time participating in the event, I was a little bit amazed to learn that I had to serve the customers while in character.
But this attitude of challenging yourself to various things is just like something that this company will do.
Now then, let me tell you the inside story of the bespectacled waiters.
During my shift day, Homare-san kept wearing Tsumugi’s glasses that was placed on the table by mistake and served the customers.
Since Tsumugi was taken into a small room at the time, it seemed no one was calling him out for that.
“He’s really displaying a clumsy person, huh,” so I laughed.
I also heard that Kazunari was suggesting us to exchange glasses for one day…
I didn’t heard of them again after that, though. Did they stop him from doing that?
I think it might be good to switch our bespectacled characters and do an etude.
I played a Do-S character this year, throwing harsh words to customers.
I felt sorry for doing that to customers, but they understood that it was only for a role. Thus, I was relieved.
I hope I don’t have to talk to customers while playing a Do-S character again in the future.
However, if you guys want to cry, cling onto me and change, I’ll think about it…. Just kidding.
The weather is as cold as ever, so please make sure not to fall ill.
See you later at the theater.

This is Masumi Usui of Spring Troupe
I found the warehouse in the dorm that was usually messy a little bit tidy.
It becomes the perfect spot for nap, with the warm sunshine that slips through the window and its quietness. Moreover, it’s not too bright there.
Though I guess the warehouse will soon go back to its messy state. The sixth plays are starting soon, after all.
I found a lot of musical instruments there the other day.
Even though they’re old, perhaps they still work just fine.
Somehow, when I look at them, I thought to myself that it’d be nice to listen to classic music once in a while.
I’ll search for the perfect songs to be the BGM of my napping time.

Yeaaaay☆Summer Troupe’s Kazunari Miyoshi is here♪
Yesterday, on February 22, we held a birthday party for Winter Troupe’s Tasuku Takato!
He might be blunt and strict, but he’s manly and is actually passionate and good at acting!
He’s a hot macho man whom you can rely to☆
Including the fact that he was born on cats day despite being a dog-person, we all celebrated our lovely Takusu’s birthday grandly♪
Anyway, I’ll attach a pic from the party(*'▽'*)ノ
Their smiles look so good, right?
By the way, even though Azu and Guyguy weren’t in the photo, they actually observed them right next to me. Both of them looked like they were having so much fun☆
All in all, the Winter Troupe is close to each other, right~.
Well, they’re still no match for us, Summer Troupe, though.(▼v▼)
To tell you the truth, one year ago today was the first time I updated the blog♪
And I wrote about Takusu’s birthday, too!
The fact that today just so happened to be my turn to update the blog is really something, don’t you think so!?
Fate did a really great job♪

All shows for Spring Troupe’s sixth play “Harugaoka Quartet” have wrapped up.
I’d like to thank everyone who came to support.
Starting from this point, this will be a personal letter. I was allowed to do this just for today.
For entrusting me, who is still not good at Japanese, to be the lead actor,
For supporting me a lot during practices,
For cheering me on while I was troubled privately,
For becoming my little brother’s Japanese brothers….
Masumi, Sakuya, Tsuzuru, Itaru, Chikage
Thank you very much.
You guys are my important Japanese family.
You guys are the incarnation of “spring.”
Let’s continue to stay in a place that is warmer than anywhere else.
And to very important friends who keep supporting and watching over me, allow me to use this opportunity to offer my thanks.
I hope you’ll stay with me until I bring the “spring” to you through my violin someday.
For everyone who came to watch our play,
I performed “Spring” with everything I got at every show.
I’ll be happy if my performance managed to deliver the spring to everyone’s hearts.
My important family, friends, colleagues and guests,
Thank you. I love you.

Recently, I spent a lot of time in the studio for the filming for my drama that is currently airing.
I just wrapped up the filming for my individual scenes the other day.
But I didn’t have time to relax because we’ll have a live show soon after that.
The costumes for the live will be brand new.
And because Yuki’s sewing machine keeps working every day,
Sometimes I’d sleep at Banri-san’s room…..
….Should I help him out for a change?
As for the live show itself, Kazunari left me a message about that.
It seemed like he was thinking about a pose to make our show exciting.
He said that we should do a “L” pose from the word “LIVE”.
“It’s easy, so imitate it guys☆”
…Or so he said.
The preparation is going to end soon,
I think we can finish It with a good feeling.
Look forward to it, all right.
Thank you for reading until the end.

Taichi Nanao of Autumn Troupe is here!
Today, March 9, is the Thank You day as well as….
Spring Troupe’s leader, Sakkun’s birthday! \(^o^)/
Sakkun, happy birthday~!!!!!
Anyway, we all have prepared a birthday party for him!
Omi-kun, Mucchan, Tsumugi-san, Hisoka-san and I were in charge of the food, but…
Hisoka-san suddenly fell asleep, (It’s a common thing, though)
The ones in charge of the decoration, Ban-chan and Juza-san, started fighting, (This is also an everyday scene in our MANKAI Company’s dorm!)
And the strawberries on the cake disappeared without us knowing (The culprit is Misumi-san)
In any case, we had a really hard time…
In the midst of that, I managed to take a picture—here it is!
It’s a photo of Omi-kun baking the cake in his own pace!
He’s able to keep calm and collected, as one might have expected!
I also want to be a man who can afford to do that. (>_<)
Kazu-kun took a lot of videos and photos when we were preparing, so please check them out on Instagram!

Now that our live is over without any problem, we are taking a rest.
Thank you for those who came to watch.
Even though it was only our first live,
It wasn’t something that we could experience so often. It was pretty fun.
Performing with Winter Troupe is also a new experience.
By the way… Kazunari-san was happy because we were able to do the L pose well.
He asked me to tell that in his stead.
We performed as a band this time,
But I’d like to deliver a rap song if we get the chance to hold another live.
Anyway, there were a lot of flower stands delivered to the venue.
Thank you for those who sent them to us.
Because we intensified our skincare regime ahead of the live show,
the makeup looked excellent.
There were some members who were lazy to do it, but they had to continue doing that.

Kumon Hyodo of Summer Troupe here!
When I think that the weather has been warm lately, it turns out it’s already March!
There were a lot of fun things in winter, like Christmas and New Year, but when I realize that spring has come, I’m getting excited!
I love the balmy weather and hanami[6] so much!
Besides, you see…
What awaits us after spring is summer!
Summer is still a little bit far ahead, but the Summer Troupe’s sixth play is coming soon!
I think we should be starting the discussion soon…
I’m really looking forward to what kind of play we will be performing(^^)
I’ll always have fun performing any kind of play as long as I’m with everyone in Summer Troupe,
But to be honest, there’s something that I kind of want to do….
I’ve already mentioned in my relay blog back in New Year, see;
I had a dream where I went to an adventure to various countries with Muku.
I didn’t remember it that much, but it was a really pleasant dream!
Since we were childhood, Muku and I went to a lot of places together, like camp and the beach.
It’d be nice if we can go on an adventure even during a play.
Ah! I can’t sit still when I write this!
I’ll ask someone to play baseball with me!
With that, please look forward to Summer Troupe’s sixth play!

I’ve watched Summer Troupe’s play “The Floral Prince”.
My cousin, Muku, is playing the lead role, while my brother, Kumon, is taking on the co-lead role.
This is a big moment for the two of them, so at any rate, I was looking forward to it even when I entered the theater, but….
When I got to my seat, I felt nervous too for some reason.
Omi-san, who was sitting beside me, was laughing at me.
I can’t give out the details since the show has just kicked off, but it was really cool.
It may sound a little off to say that a comedy play is cool, but it really was for me.
Be it the stories, the acting and the actors who stood on the stage—all of them were cool.
Somehow… I felt proud as a cousin, brother and fellow MANKAI Company’s actor.
I’m grateful to them for showing us a great play.
I considered getting into acting after watching Muku play on the stage.
Seeing Muku earnestly doing his best has always given me strength.
Next time, I have to show him how much I have improved.
With my cousin whom I proud of.

Good afternoon! Muku Sakisaka of Summer Troupe here.
Thank you very much for watching Summer Troupe’s sixth play “The Floral Prince”!
I’ve always longed to be a “prince.”
That is why I was really happy when I got to play a prince in this play, but I also felt a surge of anxiety. It’s because I thought I’m still lacking a lot.
But I was able to become a prince in the end.
Even though Kyu-chan told me, “Muku has always been a prince since childhood,” it was all thanks to the members of the company that I could become a prince.
Kyu-chan, everyone in Summer Troupe, everyone in the company and director-san—all of them were the one who made me a prince.
I’ve made my dream come true, but just as I thought, I still want to become a prince!
When I see everyone in the theater,
Be it a prince who’s a little bit cunning, a prince who is quiet or a prince who has a mysterious aura, I think all of them are char~ming!
It’s nice that there are a lot of types of princes, though I don’t possess such princely characteristics like a tall and cool appearance, sparkling aura or the strength to protect women.
I wonder what kind of prince the “future me” will be….?
I’ve been thinking about that ever since our play wrapped up.
I’d like to do my best and keep aiming to become a charming prince!
Everyone who came to watch the show, and everyone who keep supporting us,
Thank you very much!

I’ve been earnestly waiting for this day to come.
It’s a chance that only comes once in every ten years.
Fighters who have trained their skill for a long time gather all at once and settle this in the festival of martial arts—“Tournament of Best FBG”.
Those who join the tournament are the martial artists from four countries in the continent.
First is Spring Country.
A lot of martial artists in this country come from either “Village of Early Spring” or “City of Late Spring”.
In order to serve for the imperial prince whose overwhelming charisma is something that people are proud of, they are devoting themselves to study. …To tell you the truth, I’m also from this country.
Next is Summer Country.
In this country, there are a lot of people who want to be super heroes.
Everyone of them is born with the so-called “Hero Psychic.” They are controlling their own special skills and fighting for justice day and night.
Then, we have Autumn Country
Martial arts are specially popular in Autumn Country; there are countless schools here.
While honoring each of their school’s conception, the martial artists are practiced in order to reach the limit of the martial arts that they are pursuing.
Last but not least, Winter Country.
This country is totally protected by the guardian knights who use the magical sword techniques. Following their king’s order, these knights never reveal their real names and always use their code names to call each other.
This is the one and only competition where fighters from each countries gather.
I’ll make sure to stand on top. I only believe in my faith.
—Be prepared, all right? You greenies.

Spring has come, huh. The cherry blossoms are beautiful~.
Have you guys gone for a hanami~?
I have yet to do it, but I took a walk on the cherry blossom road while looking for triangles△
Muku and Kumon accompanied me taking a walk at the time~
Everyone is currently on spring break, so the dorm is really lively from morning until night! It was fun~.
Now that I think about it, I met a lot of cats when I was strolling around~.
Since the weather was nice and warm, they were basking in the sun, see~.
You see, there was a white and fluffy cat among them.
Muku said that it looked like Arisu, because it had elegant and refined aura around him.
I felt like the three of us were kind of going for a hanami that time~.
I was told the Spring and Winter Troupe went on one during their training camp last year.
If we held a training camp again this year, I’d like to go for a hanami with everyone~.
We should take a lot of pictures if we really go on one!
Then, Kazu will upload them on Instagram again.
I’m looking forward to it~.

This is Guy from Winter Troupe.
Recently, the number of days where we have warm sunlight have increased.
I feel like spring has come.
There’s a sakura tree in the dorm—it’s already in full bloom before we know it.
Whether the flowers are in full bloom or fall in flakes, they are all beautiful.
When I was admiring the tree the other day,
Ikaruga and Fushimi invited me to do a mini hanami.
While Fushimi prepared various side dishes in the lunch box,
Ikaruga prepared some onigiri.
The onigiri comes with three type of sizes that we can choose: Big, Medium and Small.
As for me, I chose the medium one.
Even though the scenery inside the dorm remained the same, it felt like we were having a fancy banquet with that one sakura tree.
It feels strange.
Now that I think about it, Fushimi was seemingly taking a picture of us at the time.
I might as well attach the picture on the post.
Even though we could only enjoy it for a short time, it becomes a good memory to me.
I hope we can do it again next year.

Good afternoon. This is Tsumugi Tsukioka from Winter Troupe.
I’m happy that we get to enjoy the sakura for a long time this year.
Everyone, have you already enjoyed doing hanami?
I was able to enjoy one, though what I saw was roses, not sakura.
I got to do one because the Summer and Winter Troupes went on a training camp the other day.
To tell you the truth, we were given the permission to hold a training camp at the villa that Homare-san’s grandfather and grandmother own.
There was a beautiful rose garden there, and that was where we enjoyed hanami.
We also got to do a tea party there—it was really fun.
In the end, it was decided that we would perform a play during the party that Homare’s grandmother held on the last day of the training camp.
The preparation was hard since we only had a few days before the performance,
But we were able to deliver a lively and fun performance at the party.
I feel like I was back to my school days a little bit.
This time, we were divided into two groups who were in charge of the script and the costume each.
That made me feel thankful for Spring Troupe’s Tsuzuru-kun, who always writes our screenplay, as well as Summer Troupe’s Yuki-kun and Autumn Troupe’s Taichi-kun, who are in charge of the costumes.
I think everyone was feeling the same as I did.
(By the way, Tsuzuru-kun helped us write the script for the play.)
Now that I think about it, I experienced something strange during the camp…
It was an interesting event; I will tell you next time.
It’s not a scary story, so don’t worry.
Well then, that is all for me. Tsumugi Tsukioka of Winter Troupe.

Hello. This is Omi Fushimi from Autumn Troupe.
The sakura that have fully bloomed have completely fallen and grown new leaves.
Everyone in the company said that they were “kind of sad” by that,
But within a short time, they were all hyped up about what to do during the upcoming golden week.
I was thinking to go back home this year, though it looks like I’ll return once before the golden week.
When my brothers told me that they wanted to eat my miso soup…
I can’t help but to return home.
To tell you the truth, I actually had one more reason to go back home…
I can’t give any details, but I was planning to have my brothers teach me about something
as a part of my role building for the forthcoming play.
Normally, I will be the one teaching them as the older brother.
But now that it’s reversed like this, I feel kind of embarrassed about it…
I’m pretty much enjoying it, though.
I’ll work hard to show you guys the result of my practice.
Look forward to Autumn Troupe’s sixth play.

This is Sakuya Sakuma of Spring Troupe!
The air is getting warmer; it’s completely felt like the spring has come!
Today is April 21, which means Easter Sunday!
…Though it’s actually an event that I’m not really familiar with.
From what I heard, in other countries, it’s an event where you hide colored eggs and have everyone play a game of “Easter Hunt”.
They put things like chocolate, plastic toys and sweets inside the eggs…
It looks like treasure hunting so it’s exciting!
The story got everyone hyped up, so the members of the company decided to an Easter Hunt as well!
Everyone made their own Easter egg yesterday.
But because all of us have distinct personalities, it’s easy to tell which one is their eggs.
By the way, as for Spring Troupe’s eggs….
I drew cherry blossoms and Kamekichi, while Masumi-kun’s egg had a lot of hearts. Tsuzuru-san drew dandelion, and Itaru-san had kniroun’s mascot on his egg. Citron-san drew jasmine, while Chikage-san’s egg had spice flowers on it!
It was really fun, like an art class!
We took a lot of pictures, but…
Citron-san praised this picture and said, “Masumi looks really good on this one!”
So I shared it too with everyone!
With that, look forward to the next update!

I’m aware that I was such an unskillful lead actor. Even so, it was a play that had become really meaningful in my life as an actor.
The other day, I said that my cousin, Muku, was the one who made me begin acting.
But I feel like I’ve never written why I was interested in acting.
I’ve always wanted to be someone who isn’t me.
At the time, I realized that I might be able to make my wish come true through acting.
I can live as someone who isn’t me by playing characters.
Thinking that it wasn’t such a bad idea, I fell for acting.
However, this time, the things my friends told me made me recognize something.
Thanks to my friends who know an actor named Juza better than me, I was able to appreciate myself a little bit more than before.
In the future, I’ll be able to appreciate myself even more,
I’ll also be able to walk tall and be proud to be able to stand on the stage.
Then, when I am able to do all that…
Someone whom I wanted to be might be… the future me who is connected with the current me.
Thinking it again, it isn’t impossible.
I felt like I was able to see that unseen back of his a little bit.
I think this is the light-like thing that… Blood saw in the dark.
I want to keep chasing the back of that someone who I want to be, who I may be.
He won’t lose to anyone no matter what when it comes to his feelings towards acting—that’s who he really is.
I continue to hope that I won’t ever forget that belief.
I will also keep standing on the stage with the friends who believe in me.
I’ve lost my train of thought; I ended up writing all day long… it’s already dark outside.
Reading this might be a pain—it’s long, after all. Lastly….
Someday, in this road, I want to show the people who are reading this the me who have received the light of the me whose back I keep chasing.
Once again, thank you for coming to watch our play.

This is Sakyo Furuichi of Autumn Troupe.
We are currently having a 10-day public holiday.
Every day, the Veludo Way is overflowed with people that we even have a hard time walking around the town.
The guys at the dorm are also reveling about going on a trip and returning home; this is the rare Golden Week, after all.
Indeed that is something that can’t be helped, but that doesn’t mean I will approve of them living a lazy life.
Among the company members, there is also a guy who shuts himself in to play games and stays until late at night to watch midnight animes.
If he doesn’t have the heart to lead a well-regulated life during this long holiday, it will be difficult for him to return to society.
If you understand what I’m talking about by reading this,
improve your lifestyle right now.
The era is about to change soon.
But even if we enter a new era, MANKAI Company will still be delivering performances as usual.
Please continue to support us in the future.

This is Chikage Utsuki from Spring Troupe.
The day after tomorrow, on May 5, we will be celebrating children’s day.
Even though half of the company members are adults, they’re still fired up over the children’s day. I’m not quite sure how to feel about that, but….
Half of them are still like “children.” There are a lot of guys who are “adults” only in age, but they still act like “children.”
With that thought it mind, I naturally go ahead with the preparation too.
I hope the “children” living in this dorm will stay healthy and grow into praiseworthy “adults.”
Well then, do you want to know what kind of preparation that we did?
I think what all troupes did in common was making carp steamers.
Having said that, there were a lot of carp steamers that looked really different from what we usually see in public.
Today, I especially attached a picture of Taichi and the “carp steamer” that he made with all his might.
It seems the other troupes got inspirations after this and made various changes to their carp streamers.
As for what kind of carp streamers that the… Spring Troupe, Summer Troupe, Autumn Troupe and Winter Troupe made, I’ll leave it to your imagination.
Anyway, the guy who is only an “adult” in age, but acts like a “child” took charge of Spring Troupe’s carp streamer. It’s named “Traitorous Fish.”
I think the day when we show it off will… not come. Too bad.
Well then, see you again at the theater.

Good afternoon, this is Itaru Chigasaki from Spring Troupe.
The long holiday is finally over,
But don’t you think there are a lot of people who are still in holiday mood?
I am one of them.
For now, I’m planning to work hard on my jobs and spend the weekend on my hobbies.
By the way, the Spring and Autumn Troupes went on a training camp the other day.
We did things that were quite different from the things that we do daily, like staying at temple lodging for the first time, conducting morning prayers and training under the waterfall.
Then, we were suddenly allowed to deliver a show at the Edo Park as Shinsengumi.
I recently got the chance to be exposed to the Shinsengumi,
So I personally enjoyed performing the play.
Sorry for not letting you know about the play; it was sudden, after all.
I’m currently facing the things that I have to do for the sake of the upcoming weekend.
There must be a lot of people who are in the same situation as me, right, so let’s do our best together.
With that said, look forward to our next update.

This is Azuma from Winter Troupe.
It’s been a while since I last wrote a blog post, huh.
Everyone, did you have fun during GW?
The members of our company were either traveling, returning home or working part-time..
Each of them spent the holiday in their “own” way.
I was actually planning to go on an overseas trip during the holiday, but the place that I intended to go to was apparently more crowded than usual. So I scrapped the plan.
Besides, Winter Troupe will be having our next play soon. I guess I made the right choice to cancel my trip and restore my energy.
Ah, that’s right, I might not be able to go on vacation overseas, but I got many chances to talk to foreigners these past few days.
Apparently, there will be a special event called World Market.
They came here to prepare for the event and food stalls.
While the event itself sounds interesting, I think I may discover and meet something new during the event.
I want to invite the other Winter Troupe members too while I’m at it…
But everyone may only be thinking of the upcoming play right now.
I guess I should go take a look by myself for now.
Perhaps, I may find some tips for the play.
I will be happy if everyone is also looking forward to Winter Troupe’s sixth play.
See you again.

This is Kumon Hyodo of Summer Troupe!
Rather than warm, I think it’s more suitable to say that we’re having more and more hot days these days.
It feels like summer is fast approaching!
The other day, when the weather was so nice it felt like we were in early summer, I invited everyone to play baseball with me, but nobody joined…
But then Kazu-san gave me something in exchange! Tickets to Tigers’ game! (Ah, for your information, Tigers is my favorite baseball team.)
I’m so lucky, aren’t I!
But to tell you the truth, the lucky thing that I experienced when watching the game was… (^^)
I went with Azami and Muku at the time. We were walking through the aisle to buy some food when a ball was flying!
Then, Azami caught it! Nice catch!
I was excited over that and unconsciously took a picture, so I’d attach it here!
Azami and Muku☆
Azami was so cool, catching it with bare hand!
…Well, I could say such things because he wasn’t injured, after all.
We were lucky that we were safe, but everyone, please be careful!
Dodge the foul ball! If you like to catch it, wear gloves!
To those who like to go watching baseball, be careful!
See you later☆

Winter Troupe has finally ended the run for our sixth play, “Risky Game”.
Thank you for coming.
When I was given the lead role, I thought about various things,
Like the past, the present, myself, the Winter Troupe and my family…
And then, I could see what I usually wasn’t able to see.
However, the things that I thought I could see disappeared from my sight.
I caused troubles for everyone in Winter Troupe because of that,
But they stayed close to me without saying anything.
Azuma, Tsumugi, Tasuku, Arisu, Guy
Thank you for always believing in me, supporting me and waiting for me.
I felt warm by being beside you all.
It’s my favorite place in my new place.
I don’t usually say this, but today is an exception.
I’ll be in your care from now on too.
By the way, let me introduce you to my favorite sweets these days.
If you write your wish on its wrapping paper, it will come true… probably.
I recommend it, though it’s not as delicious as marshmallow.
I’m getting sleepy after writing this blog.
I hope I have another nice dream tonight.
All right then. Good night… see you later.

This is Yuki Rurikawa from Summer Troupe.
Once we hit the first day of June, Muku began making teru teru bozu[7].
He’s been stocking up on those dolls, since he wants to hang a lot of them ahead of an important day. He doesn’t want rain to fall on that day.
He draws faces on those dolls too,
But unlike last time, when we only had Summer Troupe members’ faces drawn on them,
He also draws the other company members’ faces.
And speaking of June, because this month is June Bride month,
Muku said he wanted to make the teru teru bozu wear tuxedo. That is sure a difficult one.
But well, it’s just so like Muku to be hoping something like that.
We couldn’t make the tuxedo, obviously, so I taught Taichi how to make neckties from origami
and attached them on the teru teru bozu.
Don’t you think it looks a little bit like tuxedo?
I’ve actually drawn some too.
Should I take pictures when we hang them up? Mine came out pretty interesting, after all.
With that said, I’ll show you me and Muku’s wonderful pieces.

Kazunari Miyoshi of Summer Troupe here☆
It’s been a while since I last wrote blog post it makes me so hyped♪
Guys, do you know what day June 6th is?
It’s the birthday of Summer Troupe’s Trickster☆ Sumi!
We bombarded him with triangles to celebrate the occasion~△△△△△△
One of them is this one!
It’s “BIG Sankaku-kun BD Special Ver.” that I made with Yukki.
It looks super cute, doesn’t it?(* ^▽^ *)
Sumi was so happy with the triangles than we expected that he did backflip, aerial cartwheel and flashkick!
The BIG Sankaku-kun will be the guard of Sumi’s precious triangles collection♪
Our hard work paid off in the end, Yukki☆
It’d be nice if we make various modifications of Sankaku-kun this year~.
Say, I think I should release a collection book someday♪
Gosh, it becomes sooo fun once I come up with an idea!
I really, really should make it happen♪
With that said!
Happy, happy birthday Sumi△

This is Taichi Nanao from Autumn Troupe!
It’s been raining a lot these days. I hope people who… get gloomy due to the weather can cheer up by reading my blog post!
Speaking of recent events that I had…
I recently performed a play at the opening ceremony of a wedding venue; I got to wear tuxedo!
Other members who participated also wore one, obviously.
They were all so cool in the tuxedo…!
I hope the people who saw our appearance in tuxedo would freely express their thought~(≧▽≦)
During the opening ceremony, there was also an event called Bridegrooms Battle Royale where we competed on how grooms-like we were.
The battle was quite exciting…!
You see, I remained until the final during the game!!
I wasn’t able to win the game, unfortunately, but to think that I could go that far, it was such a greatly satisfying result!
Anyway, Guy-san was the winner of the event!
His proposal was so cool that even I, a guy, couldn’t help but be swept away~(> _ <)
I took pictures and videos at the time, so I’d upload it on Instagram.
Look forward to it~♪

Given how the temperature has been greatly rising, I thought summer had arrived… but then the rainy season set in.
And here I was considering to increase our practice time now that the soccer club’s match has been decided.
Now I’m thinking to switch over to indoor practice and focus on bodybuilding.
Having a healthy body and stamina is also necessary for performing plays too, after all.
Anyway, this is is a good opportunity. Should I try recruiting other company members who want to participate in the game? Besides the guys from the soccer club.
Spring and Winter Troupe’s members will most likely avoid my invitation;
Hyodo and Sumeragi love moving their bodies, and they are stoic when it comes to acting, so I feel like they will be happy if I invite them.

June 16 was Father’s Day.
The guys around me couldn’t stop asking me what would I give to my father—it’s truly bothersome.
That’s why I always properly give him something every year.
I’ve never remembered asking him, but Sakyo has always been the one looking for the present choices in my stead, and that is even more troublesome.
He always tells me to choose it myself, yet he persistently makes a list of presents every year.
So today I’ll get him for doing that by posting this photo.
I got it from Ken-san.
Shitty Sakyo when he is carefully selecting hand fan. I think.
If he’s going to meddle too much again next year,
I’ll be doing this again.

Good afternoon.
This is Tsuzuru Minagi from Spring Troupe.
A few days ago, we were able to deliver the final show of “Run Around the Field” without any problem. To tell you the truth, I shared the stage with the members who usually play soccer with me this time… Kicking the balls with them onstage felt surprisingly relaxing, even for me.
It’s all thanks to my co-stars, every company members who keeps supporting me and all of you who came to watch the show that I could perform the major leading role until the final show without feeling too much pressure.
I have also accepted all the letters that were sent to me during the performance period. I’ll read all of them carefully. I will also keep all the ones that I have received up until now with great care. Every time I read the words that are poured with your feelings, I feel like I have to do my best more. I can write a story again with the feelings that I have received.
I’m also happy to read the words that are directed to the actor me. The things that you wrote for my story also serve as a very important encouragement to me.
To tell you the truth, I was able to return to my starting point as a writer for this play. I’ve come to realize how I like writing story for someone. I admit that I wrote the story for someone who is close to me and knows me well, but it was also for every one of you who anticipated the play and came to the theater. I plan to run around my field as much as I can do.
Once again, thank you very much.

Hello. This is Tsumugi Tsukioka from Winter Troupe.
The temperature has gradually become more summery;
Everyone, how are you spending your days?
I felt like I was wearing coats up until recently…
But the season for short sleeves has arrived before we even know it.
Even the flowers at the courtyard announce the arrival of summer little by little.
The fact that we also get to enjoy seasonal flowers like this is also thanks to Guy-san and the others who help me take care of them.
It looks like this year’s summer will be as hot as usual,
So I think it’ll be nice to go to cool places like a summer resort or an aquarium.
Everyone, if you have recommended spots to go in this season,
Please do tell me.

Hello, everyone!
This is Muku Sakisaka from Summer Troupe.
Yesterday, on July 8, Yuki-kun celebrated his birthday!
We all went to buy presents together, but it was quite difficult to find the perfect present…
We stopped by a lot of stores, like a cute general store, a handicrafts shop, an accessories shop and a stylish select shop.
Even though it took us a whole day to buy the present, I had a lot of fun going shopping with everyone!
More than anything, seeing Yuki-kun’s pleased expression made me feel happy too.
Yuki-kun, happy birthday!
Thank you very much for always coming up with beautiful costumes and making it for us.
All of us are proud to be able to wear Yuki-kun’s costumes!
We’ll continue to be in your care.
I got embarrassed for some reason…!
That’s right! Going shopping incognito was so fun that I took some photos.
I’d attach one of them here.
Looking at the photo, it feels like I was accompanying a celebrity to go shopping. It made me feel a bit nervous.
Ah, Tenma-kun is a real celebrity though, so I’m not wrong…!
Thank you for reading until the end!

We were holding a collaboration show with penguins at the aquarium the other day!
For those who came to watch the performance, did you enjoy it?
Tsuzuru-kun wrote the script for this performance, but we actually also followed Muku-kun’s advice! Our play was full of elements from shoujo manga that he likes!
Muku-kun took a very good care of me as his pair.
I’m glad that we could spend a great time together with a penguin named “Ikura”!
Anyway, the ribbons that the penguins wore were made by Yuki-kun. It’s cute, isn’t it!?
Please come to the aquarium this summer—the exhibition was a lot of fun, and seeing the sea creatures will heal your mind. Besides, you will have a lot of opportunities to touch them up close.
I’m also planning to go meet Ikura again!

Yahoo☆ Kazunari Miyoshi from Summer Troupe is here♪
Now that we have reached July, I’m getting all these “Hell yeah! It’s summer!” feelings.
Everyday is somehow an exciting and happy day☆
Speaking of summer, there are a lot of new movie releases just before the holiday.
Do you all have a movie that you’ve been anticipating?
The company members are also talking about various kinds of titles, but since it looks like there’s a movie that Mukkun wants to watch, all of us, Summer Troupe, are planning to see it soon♪
I don’t really know the details of the story, though; since the film isn’t showing in many theaters.
But I know that it’s a film about circus!
Is there anyone who knows about this movie~?
Circus has colorful displays and kitsch, not to mention the color combination is chic. It looks good.
The composition is dynamic, and there are a lot of cute motifs…
Even its design is such a superYukari (talk)interesting subject to talk about!
I still haven’t finished one of my uni’s projects, but I have to work hard so that I can watch the movie together with the Summer Troupe! (>_<)
To those who goes, “Ah, that movie!” when reading this!
If you’re watching the movie, please tell me what you think about it at the theater.

Winter Troupe’s Guy here,
When I was out shopping in the market district, I found a huge watermelon at the grocery store. Thanks to the discount, I was able to purchase it for next to nothing. Apparently, because it was so big, it was not selling so they marked it down. The weight was a lot to carry home alone, but I was saved by Takato, who helped me in his strength.
From what I understood, watermelon is cut into slices with a kitchen knife then eaten in that fashion. But, by Citronia’s proposal, it was decided that we break it through an activity he called “watermelon splitting”. I took a picture, so I will show it here.
Blindfolded, Sakuma decided to try. But Citronia’s verbal directions were incomprehensible, so he was quite lost indeed. Minagi said “At this rate, we’re going to be trying to break this watermelon forever,” & he took over in giving directions. Eventually, Sakuma was successful in his endeavor.
The watermelon would have been delicious if prepared by traditional means. But, in making it an activity to be shared with one’s friends, a little extra effort turned into enjoyment, and the watermelon gained a different, special taste.
I’m happy I could make precious summer memories again this year. I’ll never forget today.

When the smell of rain is lingering in the air,
“Mixed Play: The Luminous Circus” has wrapped up safely.
Thank you for supporting us so much and giving us a storm of applause.
This is the first play I performed not as a member of Winter Troupe.
The smiles of my jolly friends standing next to me and the expression of the audience feel very fresh.
To my precious friends who showed me a magnificent scenery,
To the treasures that keeps shining today even after so many years.
And to the great relatives of my family, I sincerely express my gratitude to you all.
Just like the Luminous Circus troupe,
If we can light even the slightest bit of warm light in the hearts of everyone who came to the show,
There's no greater joy than that.
I promise that we'll bring a triangular tent full of dreams and hope, and deliver the best show filled with lights again someday.
Make sure to come to play when we hold one in your cities.

Hello. This is Itaru Chigasaki from Spring Troupe.
During the summer vacation for the students cluster of our company,
They go to play with their family and friends and bring home souvenirs.
The kinds of the souvenirs are varied, from sweets and stationery to key holders of local mascot character.
Also, during this time, it seems the members whose schedules met went to the amusement park.
All of them had a lot of fun and came back in such a good mood,
But those feelings only last for a few minutes.
Those who got a little bit tanned were sitting seiza style[8] while being lectured by our make up artist.
You have to be well-prepared for your summer leisure.
As for me, I think I’m not going to go out that often.
Speaking of summer holiday, there’s one thing that I need to tell you.
I heard Tsumugi is worried whether or not the students group will finish their summer vacation homework quickly.
So they’re planning to hold a study session with Tsumugi-sensei in the last week of summer vacation.

It’s already August….
Everyday is hot….
Azuma got a lot of high-grade somen, so we all had flowing somen for lunch.
That four big bamboo pipes were all made by Tasuku and Guy.
The athmosphere was really lively when we had the flowing somen.
Yuki and Banri were so good at catching the noodles that Tenma and Juza, who were waiting next to them, did not get any of the noodles.
They ended up fighting for a little bit.
Meanwhile, Taichi and Citron put other things beside the noodles on the bamboo pipes.
The flowing somen that I caught was delicious.
It was really fun that I didn’t mind the heat—only at that time.
I took a picture as a memory.
It looks like everyone also had a lot of fun.
I hate the heat, but I want to have flowing somen again.

Hello, it’s Tsuzuru Minagi from the Spring Troupe.
It’s already October, huh. I can’t believe the year is going to be over in just 3 months, can you? It’s really flown by.
Speaking of, last week was apparently “Megane Day” on October 1st. Did you guys know that?
It became a topic of conversation in the company’s LIME group chat, and for some reason it evolved into everyone sending selfies of themselves wearing glasses.
By the way, there are only 6 members that actually need glasses: Itaru-san, Chikage-san, Miyoshi-san, Furuichi-san, Tsukioka-san, and Arisugawa-san...
Can anyone guess who was the first person to take a megane selfie?
Believe it or not, it wasn’t Miyoshi-san. The correct answer...
...is Arisugawa-san.
We’ve decided on calling next year’s Megane Day the “MANKAI MEGANE MEETING”.
I mean we’re making this plan now and everyone is really excited about it, but whether or not it’s actually going to happen is another matter entirely.
So that’s why the members of Mankai Company are currently in such high spirits. Everyone, please take care of yourselves out there okay?

Tsuzuru-san told me through LIME to meet up in front of the station the other day. I thought the soccer club would be having a practice that day, but for some reason he brought me to karaoke.
This is how it went inside the karaoke room.
Citron-san was singing.
Banri-san, who came before me, was the one who took the picture.
I think I was called because I love music, but...
To think that me, Citron-san, Omi-san, Banri-san, Tsuzuru-san and Kazunari-san would be hanging out at the karaoke together... It just felt too strange.
(Masumi-san was actually also invited to join us, but it looked like he left our message on read as usual.)
Homare-san later barged into the room, and we ended up staying there for four hours.
After that, Citron-san bought a karaoke set and suggested that we hold a MANKAI Karaoke Competition.
But Sakyo immediately rejected the idea since it might disturb the neighbors.
I've kind of expected this result,
But he didn't have to refuse it within one second. It was too fast.

The other day, Muku, Kumon and I went home together for the first time in a while.
We stopped by a big park on our way home to see the autumn leaves.
There, we met Hisoka-san and Kamekichi, the parrot which lives in our dorm.
Looks like Hisoka-san followed Kamekichi picking up nuts in the park.
I’ll attach a photo of them here too, since Kumon took it.
I might be called a brother fool[9], but I think this is a good photo.
I thought Kamekichi was picking up nuts for his meal at first, but seems like it was for his girlfriend’s birthday present.
That day I learned that birds also celebrate their birthdays.
Muku, deeply moved by Kamekichi’s story, helped him pick up all the nuts.
It reminds me of our childhood, when I accompanied Muku and Kumon picking up acorns.
I got all nostalgic.
I was only able to find pine corns in the end, and they were all rejected by Kamekichi since he said they weren’t beautiful.
It's such a waste to throw them away for some reason, so I brought them back to the dorm along with the apples I got from my parents.
I didn't think we could use them for anything, so for now, I put them in my room.

Even the other day, we made Christmas trees with the pinecones that Hyodo picked up.

Hello, everyone!
This is Muku Sakisaka from Summer Troupe.
We only have a few days left until the end of the year, huh... I had a great year this year, so knowing that it’s ending soon makes me a little bit sad. But I hope next year will be an even better year. (* ^ v ^ *)
We have started doing a major cleanup in our dorm once we entered December. Summer Troupe finished cleaning everything the other day, so both director-san and Sakyo-san praised us for being quick!
We finished cleaning our room faster than the others. Thus, we decided to help Misumi-san and Kyu-chan cleaning their room. New triangle stuff filled the room, it was really fun!
Misumi-san was cleaning while singing a triangle song. He looked like he was having so much fun I couldn’t help taking a picture. I’ll put the photo here.
To tell you the truth, we found a lot of chocolates when we were tidying up the triangles. (They were triangle-shaped chocolates, obviously!) Since it looks like Misumi-san forgot to eat them after buying them the other day, us Summer Troupe ate them once we finished cleaning. But there were so many we couldn’t finish them. We were at a loss that time.
But then Misumi-san said, “I’m going to give it to everyone!” and left the room.... After that, I was surprised when I opened Insta to find a post, “Handing out triangle chocos as a thank you gift for this year! Gathering at the theater~!” It was a very Misumi-san-like surprise, though. It was a nice surprise.
Summer Troupe will show you the best plays next year too, so please support us!
Thank you for reading until the end!
