| Tasuku | He’s like a mollusk. |
| Izumi | You have dance experience, Homare-san. Do you have any advice for him? |
| Homare | Let me see. Flexibility is not particularly important when it comes to dancing. However, your body’s core is essential. |
| So, let us start by checking every member’s core! | |
| Hisoka | Checking our core… |
| Guy | What exactly are we going to do? |
| Homare | No equipment is required. |
| All you need is simply your body. | |
| And it is called… the closed-eyes-one-legged stand! | |
| Tsumugi | Closed-eyes-one-legged stand? |
| Homare | You stand upright with your eyes closed, bend one knee to raise it from the floor, and see how long you are able to stand. |
| If you wobble and your raised foot touches the floor, then the measurement is over at that point. | |
