Izumi	Hey Guy, so how is everything at your bar?
Guy	Very well. Customer traffic is steadily increasing.
	In fact, we have a large number of reservations for the week after next. It seems like there will be a lot of toursts in the area, we have reservations pretty much every day. I think the bar will be unusually busy during that time.
Izumi	Around that time seems to be the busiest period for restaurants.
Sakyo	Yeah, there are a lot of incoming students that flock to restaurants.
Guy	I am wondering.. I don’t think Mikage and I can handle it alone. Perhaps I should think about hiring someone part time just to help during that period..
	Since it will only be for the week, I was thinking of asking some members from our troupe. The pay and hours will be rather fair.
Izumi	True, I think it’s a good idea to ask the others for help instead of going through the trouble of hiring someone outside of our troupe.
Sakyo	Yes, agreed. As an idea, I think the university students are the ones that need money the most, what do you think about asking them?
Guy	Hmm, you’re right. Then I will go ask them now.
Izumi	I hope they’re interested!
Guy	Yes.
Hisoka	Zzzz.. mm..
Izumi	Hey, Guy. Did you manage to find any candidates for that part time job a your bar?
Guy	I have received replies from Minagi, Ikaruga, Nanao, and Arisugawa.
Izumi	HUH, HOMARE?!
	(Okay, the first three make sense, but Homare? Why..???)
	Well it’s good you got four candidates at least!
Guy	Yes, however my bar is not very big. I think it would be quite crowded with all of them there..
Izumi	Well then I guess you’ll just have to choose wisely.
Hisoka	.. So let’s interview them.
Izumi	WOAH, Hisoka’s awake?
Hisoka	I woke up.
Guy	..Hmm what do you mean by interview?
Hisoka	During busy hours a server often needs to be able to juggle three or four plates at once. So I think we should choose someone who can carry more than three plates at a time.
Izumi	I see.
Hisoka	So we should include that in our interview.
Guy	Hmm I see. It would be something to consider along with each of the candidates’ own preferences and our own opinions.
Izumi	So then you two will be the interviewers.
Hisoka	If it’s just the two of us it may be hard to come to a conclusion if we both have different opinions.
Guy	Yes, that is true we should have another voice. I would appreciate it if you were to join us, director.
Izumi	Sure, if you want I would be happy to help.
Guy	Thank you.
	I will contact our four candidates. I am counting on you two.
Misumi	WOW AN INTERVIEW!
Homare	Hmm, seems like there’s four of us.
Tsuzuru	Huh, you wanna work part time too, Arisugawa?
Taichi	I’m surprised’ssu!
Izumi	(Glad I wasn’t the only one..)
Guy	First, I would like to thank you all for your interest and for taking time out of your day to be here.
	However, my bar as limited space and unfortunately it cannot accommodate many people, which is why I am holding this interview. My apologies that I will not be able to hire all of you.
Misumi	It’s ‘kaayyyy~~!
Homare	Just gaining experience from this interview is good enough for me, ohhh~~ how delightful!
Guy	So then, let’s start the interview.
Interviewees	Thank you, we’ll do our best!
Guy	First off, I would like to hear each of your reasons for applying. Let’s start from Minagi.
Tsuzuru	Alright. I applied because I need more money for my school supplies since I am still in university.
Taichi	Me too’ssu! University textbooks are surprisingly really expensive..
	And I know working at Guy’s bar will be a safe environment so I wanted to try it out!
Misumi	Well for meeee.. I thought maybe I could run into some new triangles.. And you seemed like you needed help so I applied!!
Homare	The warmth of the sun, the fresh air of spring, oh the feeling of new beginnings! A poet such as myself would never miss the opportunity to try something new! Not only can I embark on a new journey, but also help out a dear friend. You could call it killing two birds with one stone.
Guy	….
Izumi	(Guy even has a notebook where he is writing notes about each candidate, wow this really feels like a formal interview.)

Hisoka	So then, show us your special skill.
Taichi	What? You want us to show you?
Hisoka	Yes. Show us.
Tsuzuru	Yeah well.. My special skill is household chores which is ummm,m not really something I can show at an interview.
Hisoka	Alright then, you can get a pass.
Guy	Yes. I am sure we all are familiar with Minagi’s efficiency with household chores.
Izumi	Alright, next..
Misumi	Okayyy!! My skill is parkour! I can’t really show you all my skills here, but I can do a back handspring with a back flip!
Taichi	My skill is “ultra yoyo”, but I didn’t know we were going to have to show our skill so I didn’t bring my yoyo with me..
Hisoka	I considered that and I brought a yoyo from the warehouse. Here, use this.
Taichi	Wow you really prepared everything, Hisoka! Thank youu’ssu!
Homare	My skill is tongue twisters, let me demonstrate!
	“A big black bug, bled black blood”, “How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?”
Izumi	(… Uhhh what is happening, what kind of interview is this? I wanna know where Hisoka was going with this idea..)
Guy	Now let’s move onto the practical skill portion of the interview. Please demonstrate how you would walk with either three or four plates at once.
Taichi	Ohh, some practical skills’ssu!
Tsuzuru	Alright then, I can walk with three plates.
	.. Hmm, I think I could handle one more.
Misumi	Lemme try with four!
	Yeaaahh! Look I can walk and balance them on my head!
Taichi	For me I’ll do three.
	Oh, look I did it! I think with some practice I could do four!
Homare	Instead of showing off how many I can balance, let me show you how elegantly I can do it. Like a river flows through a forest, I make my way through the throngs of hungry customers!
Hisoka	.. It looks like everyone can do it.
Guy	That is it for today, I am ending this interview here. We will announce the results in the coming days.
Interviewees	Thank you so much!
Guy	So then, now it is time to consider each of the candidates and make a decision.. What do you think, Hisoka?
Hisoka	Everyone seemed pretty good from what we saw, I don’t think it matters who we choose.
Izumi	Actually, I wanna ask why you asked everyone to show off their special skill.
Hisoka	It’s because in some interviews the interviewers ask about each candidates’ special skill.
	But I thought it would be better to ask our candidates to show their skill rather than just tell us.
Izumi	I understand why you wanted to ask but..
Guy	We got to see some interesting things today.
Hisoka	Hmm we should choose two people.. Hmm. Zzz..
Izumi	Well I am just here as a tie breaking in case you and Guy have differing— oh, oh no, Hisoka fell asleep.
	What should we do?
Guy	Just as Mikage said, everyone did pretty well in the interview.. After hearing each of the candidates’ reasons for applying and seeing their skills I find it difficult to make a clear choice.
CHOICE 1: What part of each candidate stuck out to you? [+] Izumi What part of each candidate stuck out to you? Guy Hmm, yes we should consider each person’s strong point.. Minagi said he was good at household chores so I think he would work best tidying up the floor space or the kitchen area. For Nanao, when he was telling us the reason he applied I couldn’t help but notice his radiant smile. I think he could really brighten up the atmosphere in the bar. Ikaruga was very skilled at handling all those plates. I also felt touched when he said he wanted to help me out. Lastly, Arisugawa.. Well, out of everyone I think he is the one who knows the most about my bar. His movements are indeed beautiful, I think he would really suit the aesthetic of my bar. Izumi (Guy is really taking this interview seriously.)
CHOICE 2: Yeah, I agree. [+] Izumi Yeah, I agree. I can’t think of who best to choose either. Guy Seems like we all feel the same way. Izumi Despite everyone’s different reasons for applying, I think they are all would be equally dedicated to the position if chosen. Guy Yes, I was thinking the same. Even when it came to balancing plates, it seemed like everyone was around the same level. Izumi Yeah. I am sure everyone will be alright with whatever the results are too. Guy Hmm, yes..
Izumi	Well then, what’s your decision?
Guy	.. Hmm I think I will hire everyone.
Izumi	HUH!? B-but didn’t you say that you couldn’t hire everyone??
Guy	I was thinking of implementing a shift system so I could have everyone working at different times to avoid overcrowding.
Izumi	(Huuhhh!? Wait then what was the point of this interview..?
	.. Uhh well I guess it’s his decision how many people he wants.)
	I am sure everyone will be happy to hear that they all got the job!
Guy	I think so.
Izumi	I wish you and everyone else luck next week. I know you are going to be really busy.
	If you guys need any snacks or if there are any small tasks I can help with, I would be glad to lend a hand!
Guy	Understood, thank you director.
