Izumi	(Wow, it’s lunch time already? I’m starving..... Guess I’ll take my break now, I wonder what I should eat...)
Sakuya	Is there anything I can help you with, Guy?
Guy	Yes. Could you please set the table?
Azuma	Hey director, good work today.
Sakuya	Guy is making lunch today!
Izumi	Oh, I see. What are you making?
Guy	Pho. Would you like to try?
Izumi	Oh, are you sure? Alright, thank you!
Sakuya	Guy made some reaaaallly good Pho!
Azuma	He’s been making it quite a lot lately. The Prince seems to have grown quite fond of it after trying it with some of the ladies in the shopping district.
Guy	Yes. Citronia is the one who requested this today too.
Citron	Mmmm~ Something smells good~! My tummy is bumbling!
Guy	Here is the Pho you requested.
Citron	Thank youuuu! I also brought back a cool souvenir for you!
Guy	Souvenir?
Citron	But first lemme have some Pho! A warrior cannot starch on an entree strung ache!
Sakuya	Starch on an entree strung ache?
Izumi	I think what he means is ‘a warrior cannot march on an empty stomach’, right?
Citron	That’s right!
Guy	So then, please eat before it gets cold.
Citron	Thank youuuu~!
Sakuya	Thank you so much for the food!
Izumi	The Pho Guy made was super delicious!
Azuma	Yea, no surprise there.
Citron	Wow, of course I would have never guessed it...
Guy	What is this now?
Citron	The souvenir I got you, here!
Guy	A flyer for an event?
Sakuya	Lantern Fes.... ? Oh it looks like an event taking place at the town nearby!
Azuma	Yes, it is an event based on the Vietnamese Lantern Festival.
	They decorate the town with lanterns for the event and people wear Ao Dai, traditional Vietnamese clothing. It’s a pretty good chance for instablam pics, it seems like it’s gonna be a trending event.
Izumi	Azuma knows quite a bit. Have you gone before?
Azuma	No, I haven’t gone myself, however I heard about it from an acquaintance.
Guy	So why the Lantern Festival?
Citron	Because I applied in your name at one of the food stalls!
Sakuya	HUH!?
Citron	It’s cuz I heard this event is also to celebrate Vietnamese cuisine. Guy makes really delicious Vietnamese food so I thought it would really suit him!
Guy	But the food I make at the restaurant is all Zahran.
	I am afraid that the Vietnamese food I cook is not high enough quality to actually serve it at a food stall.
Izumi	I agree with Citron, your food is delicious. I think a food stall would be great for you, Guy!
Sakuya	I would be happy to help if you’d like!
Azuma	I can lend a hand too. I am quite interested in this event myself and I would love to help share Guy’s wonderful cooking with other people.
Citron	Ohh, sowwy. I’m actually going to be performing a dance at the festival so I won’t be able to help. But I will definitely come visit you guys!
Guy	-- I see. Well if you already put in the application I guess there isn’t much else I can do. If everyone is going to help, I will do my best.

Sakuya	Soo, let’s start thinking about the menu!
Izumi	How about Pho? What you made today was supppper delicious! It really tasted like authentic Vietnamese food.
Azuma	True. I think we can serve this beef Pho just as it is.
Citron	I agree, but we should also have some sweet shrimp Pho too!
Sakuya	Sweet shrimp?
Azuma	I have heard of Pho using things like shrimp and manila clams,
Izumi	Wow, so I guess sweet shrimp would definitely be something that would go good in Pho.
Guy	I do not fully understand what you mean, however it is worth a shot. I was thinking of beef or chicken, but I will try to use other ingredients as well....
	If I am going to have a food stall I was thinking I should make other things besides Pho.
Sakuya	That’s true. I will do some research and find other things that would be good.
Azuma	I will too. Let’s tell Guy what we find.

Kumon	Huh, what’re reading Guy? .... Is that a Vietnamese cook book?
Guy	Yes, it seems I will be opening my own food stall at the Lantern Festival so I borrowed this from Fushimi.
Kazunari	Yo! You mean the Lantern Festival that’s all over Instablam? You’re gonna make Pho, right?
Guy	Correct. I am currently looking up various ingredients you can use in Pho. It seems like there are a lot of other things you can use aside from the typical chicken or coriander.
	There are some variations that I had never thought of before. If there is anything you two would like to try, please let me know.
Kumon	Hmmmm, how about some Kakuni (braised pork)? You know I loooove dishes with tooonns of meat!
Kazunari	Yea, give us hella meat~! That would make it mega insta-blammable!
Guy	Hmm, So what you two are saying is just to add a lot of meat? Perhaps that would make it good for instablam.
Kazunari	Totally, there are so many types of Pho I saw when I looked it up~! Just recently I saw someone put spring rolls on Pho!
Kumon	Spring rolls~! Yummy yummy!
Kazunari	If people put spring rolls on Pho, then summer rolls would be tasty too, right? Summer rolls and Pho are both Vietnamese so they would totaallly go together!
Guy	Summer rolls....... I see.
Kazunari	And what about some super spicy mala~? And if you add some tomato you could make it like a western style, oh and you could also try a Japanese style Pho too.
Guy	I think Utsuki would enjoy some Pho with mala sauce. If I am going to make spicy Pho, I think it would be best to ask Utsuki himself for his opinion.
Kumon	I think Chikage would like it mega mega spicy!
Kazunari	Heyyyy, so about the western style Pho, I think if you got tomato in it you could also add some cheese, right!? Cheese totally goes with tomato, I think people would really like it!
Kumon	If you wanna go for something western, I think sausage would be really good!
Kazunari	Ya really like your meat, dontcha Kumopi?

	Hey Guy, thanks for your hard work. Oh, working on something?
Guy	Yes, director. I am currently researching different types of Pho for the Lantern Festival.
	I have written down the suggestions I received from everyone. I have quite a lot of different ideas, it is a bit difficult to decide.
Izumi	(Wow, he really has quite a lot of notes. Kakuni, summer rolls, cheese, and uh sausages? Can you really make Pho with this...?)
	Wow they do seem pretty different from the norm....
Guy	I am wondering what I could incorporate into my Pho, I am unsure which to choose.
	I must consider the balance of the flavours and the amount as well.... It would be quite difficult to put all of them into a dish...
Izumi	They each have their own pros and cons.
	..... That’s it! How about you offer them as toppings that people can choose?
Guy	Topping?
Izumi	Yea. It would be impossible to make one Pho that can please everyone, so wouldn’t it be best to allow people to just choose from a bunch of different toppings?
Guy	I see. So the customer could choose what toppings they would like. ..... That is a good idea.

Azuma	Yes, this way. Please help yourself to some Bahn Mi and Che.
Taichi	Ohh! So this is Bahn Mi! Wow it’s filled with tons of stuff, so delicious!
Yuki	This Che is pretty colourful, how cute. It’s good.
Guy	Sakuma and Yukishiro had some great ideas. I owe the success of our menu to them.
Citron	So Guy, what did you end up deciding with the Pho?
Guy	I really wanted to incorporate everyone’s ideas. In the end, I decided to offer each item as a topping.
Taichi	So you mean you can choose whatever we want for toppings?
Sakuya	Right. It was a great idea!
Guy	I have also prepared the western-style Pho that Miyoshi suggested. It has tomato and cheese.
Kumon	And you got sausages and kakuni, wooow!
Citron	I’ll take the sweet shrimp!
Muku	Huh, sweet shrimp?
Izumi	No surprise there.
Guy	We have that.
Muku	You do!?
Yuki	All this choices actually makes it harder to choose.
Izumi	It really does, there are so many options.
CHOICE 1: It’s fun to choose yourself. [+] Izumi With all these options anyone would be excited to choose. Guy Yes. I think choosing is the fun part for both the customer and the rest of their party. They can talk amongst themselves to decide what to pick. Izumi Now what to choose for myself.... Everything looks so delicious, it’s hard to make a choice. Guy ... Hmm.. Izumi ? What is it? Guy It’s nothing, I was just a little absorbed in all the options. Izumi Oh, sorry , I didn’t mean to make it sound like such a big decision. Guy No worries. If the director is happy then I am also happy.
CHOICE 2: Do you happen to have any curry...? [+] Izumi Soooo, do you happen to have any curry? Guy It was a bit difficult to make curry into a topping, so instead I have a curry broth Pho. I made this just for you, director. Izumi For me? Guy I made it specifically to be able to mix well with any of the other toppings. However I recommend to try it with the steamed chicken and eggplant. Izumi I didn’t think you would really have it.... Thank you so much. Guy I tried a lot of different combinations with my research to understand the best ingredients and ways to make Pho. I am using this opportunity to learn how I could incorporate this into Zahran cuisine. Perhaps I will also consider offering it at my own restaurant. Izumi Good idea! It’ll be a hit for sure.
Guy	How about that-- I had you in mind when picking that topping. Once again, thank you so much for your help.
Izumi	Not at all, after all it was you who did all the cooking and put all this together.
Sakuya	-- Excuse me, Guy! We have a lot of customers asking for Pho!

Kumon	You’re right! They are all talking about how you can customise the taste based on the toppings you choose!
Citron	This is something my eyes could have never imagined.
Izumi	Even with all these orders it looks like Guy is handling everything so skillfully...
Guy	Next customer please, what would you like-- Coming right up. Alright, I just finished the Pho for the customer over there.
Izumi	(Serving everyone with such efficiency and with full focus.... Definitely the trademark of a royal servant.)
