Sakuya	Good job with rehearsal today, everyone!
Citron	Good work!
Homare	We achieved wonderful results.
Itaru	You have your part-time job now, right, Sakuya?
Sakuya	That’s right.
	I’m sorry for causing trouble with the practice time, Director.
Izumi	Don’t worry about it. We still have plenty of time to work on it.
Homare	Hisoka-kun also has work at Guy-san’s bar, isn’t that right?
Hisoka	Yeah. Guy and I have to get ready to open the shop, so I’ll get going now.
Itaru	Thanks for today, you two.

Azuma	Anyways, kabuki really is amazing, right?
	You have to practice your gestures, singing, dancing, tumbling, and so on.
Izumi	There are lots scenes of rehearsals in our play this time as well.
Homare	All of the actors lived very busy lives then, hm?
Itaru	If you put a kabuki actor’s ability parameters into a skill chart, I bet their overall power would be OP.
Citron	They’d definitely be an SSR character with a single digit roll percentage!
Itaru	Exactly, my dude.
Azuma	Fufu. I can’t say I really get the analogy, but I felt like it was amazing all over again after reading the book this time.
Homare	Then let us endeavour in improving our own parameters until the actual show, shall we?
Izumi	I’ll support you guys too!
Citron	In that case, why don’t the 5 of us go do extra practice for one of our parameters after this?
Azuma	“Go do”, you say… will it be different from the voluntary practice we do here?
Citron	We’ll change locations to deepen our true north!
Itaru	…And that’s why we’re here.
Citron	We’ve arrived at the karaoke place!
Azuma	It sure is fresh singing karaoke with these members.
Homare	This may serve well as a nice change of pace, while also taking the form of self-practice.
Izumi	I’ll order everyone’s drinks together once you’ve decided, so please let me know, ok?
Homare	Thank you, Director.
	Who shall input their song first?
Citron	I’ll take the seed first!
Itaru	You mean “lead”, right? What would you do with a seed?
Azuma	Fufu. I can’t wait to hear what his Highness is going to sing.
Citron	I’ll turn the precision scoring on and seriously go all out!

Izumi	(T-this is… a Zafran song?
	I see, they also have some at Japanese karaoke.)
Itaru	No way, serious-mode Citron comes in with a Zafran song.
Azuma	He has a relaxed and lovely singing voice, huh?
Citron	“PANYA! PANYA!”
Izumi	But what the heck is that chant that comes out of nowhere sometimes…
Homare	The lyrics are displayed in Zafran, so I haven’t the faintest idea what they mean.
Itaru	If only Guy-san or senpai were here.
Citron	…Phew. And done.
Izumi	As expected of Citron-kun the karaoke lover—you were amazing!
Scoring machine	“Your score is exactly… 96.5 points!”
Citron	NOOO! I didn’t reach my target of 97 points!!
Homare	But isn’t it a remarkably high score nonetheless!
Citron	It’s my all-or-nothing song, so that's only natural.
Azuma	By the way, just what kind of song was that?
Izumi	Ah, yeah, I was wondering too.
Citron	That was the former Zafran hit song, “The Chicken Cries ‘Panya’”
	The lyrics tell the story of a man and a woman who felt they were destined to be together the morning the chicken cried “panya” instead of “cock-a-doodle-doo”.
Itaru	It’s hard to decide whether that’s ridiculous or romantic…
Azuma	But it was a lovely song, right?
Homare	I love it as well. If it’s alright, won’t you lend me the CD later, Citron-kun?
Citron	Just say the word!
