MANKAI☆Kaika Sengen (MANKAI☆開花宣言 MANKAI☆Kaika Sengen) is the main theme song of A3!. It's sung by the leaders of each troupe, called A3ders!, a portmanteau of A3! and "leaders". It was released on February 15, 2017.

The physical single came with a slip jacket illustrated by Fujiwara Ryou and a code redeemable for one of four cards featuring one of the leaders: Sakuya Sakuma, Tenma Sumeragi, Banri Settsu, Tsumugi Tsukioka. There were also purchase bonuses depending on the retailer. Further details on the store-exclusive merchandise can be found on the official site.

Starting on from June 29, 2017, solo versions of the songs were made available as an exclusive bonus from Canime when purchasing any of the First EPs.
