Mini Conversations/Sakyo Furuichi/Welcome to Akebono-so!

From A3! Wiki

Practice Conversation 1[edit]

SakyoThis is the first full-scale action using swords for the Autumn troupe.
Since sword fights using swords are different from those using katanas.
In order to put on an impressive sword fight, it’s necessary for Nanao and I in particular to properly practise how to handle our swords.
I’m still thinkin’ about how to go about role-making…
But this time, we have scenes that are a bit comedic as well.
The alternate world also becomes one of the settings,
So light novels might be useful reference too, huh?
I’ll reread some light novels about alternate worlds…
Should I also try asking Chigasaki for some light novels that seem like they’ll be useful?

Practice Conversation 2[edit]

SakyoDuring the day, Takato and I went together to do street acting.
It seems that guy has also played a knight during his GODza days, and he’s done sword fights usin’ a sword as an ensemble member for other theatre troupes.
We even played fellow knights in an etude for our street act,
But Takato’s sword action stands out, as expected.
When we’re doing that together, I get motivated and it’s helpful.
It might be possible get him to watch our sword fight during practice too and receive some advice.

Practice Conversation 3[edit]

SakyoMornin’, Director-san.
Now then, before morning practice, should we lightly prepare breakfast?
Well it’s not like I can make a fancy meal like Fushimi or anythin’.
I’ll cut the ingredients for the clear soup.
I’ll leave that part to Director-san.
The lightly pickled vegetables I prepared yesterday…
They look great.
Does it suit your taste?
If you liked them, then I’ll make them again.
Yeah, I’m pretty much done here too.
Let’s do the rest after morning practice?
…Mornings like this ain’t bad either, huh?
Alright, it’s about time for practice.
Let’s go, Director-san.

Sakyo & Tsuzuru Talk[edit]

SakyoMinagi, about the line where Klaus praises the cooking of the land…
TsuzuruAhh actually, I’m using Arisugawa-san as a bit of reference there.
SakyoAs I thought.
TsuzuruI think it’d be interesting for Klaus, who’s serious, to praise the food in that kind of way.
SakyoThat’s true. It seems that part can be changed up daily, or an adlib can be added.
So for that, I also need to practise so those kinds of phrases of praise will come to me quickly.
TsuzuruI guess so. Then for example… If you were to praise this snack cookie like Klaus, how would you do it?
SakyoHm, well…
“The savoury fragrance of the nuts, a slightly nostalgic sweetness, that light texture, ahh, such food that calms my heart…”
TsuzuruThat’s great!
SakyoIf it’s Klaus, how would he talk about this tea here…
How would you do it as the scriptwriter?
TsuzuruUmmm…
“A beautifully deep green, a soothing fragrance and flavour, that mellow taste… I come to feel as if I’m right at home within the mountains.”
How was that?
SakyoPff I see, as expected, huh?
This helps.
I will properly act as Klaus who’s serious, but who you can also get a feel of his comical side. I’ll ask Minagi for advice again.
TsuzuruYeah! I'm looking forward to Furuichi-san's Klaus too.
