Practice Conversation 1[edit]

Sakyo	Club, who I play, is King and Jack’s mentor.
	I’m also thinking of doing role study as a thief or phantom thief.
	There’s no scene in the show where the mentor, Club, appears as a phantom thief, but—.
	Doin’ that sort of role study will bring depth to Club’s role, and it’ll have an effect in the conversation scene as well.
	I’ll ask Minagi ‘bout it and expand Club’s image.
	Should I read novels about phantom thieves too?
	This play that we’ve been invited to perform on a luxury cruise ship will have a different audience and atmosphere than usual.
	Which reminds me, Sakuma and them have acted on a luxury cruise ship before, right?
	It might be a good idea to listen to their stories for reference.

Practice Conversation 2[edit]

Sakyo	There’s a scene where Club has a conversation with his apprentices King and Jack.
	So I took Sakisaka and Hyodo out for dinner to build our roles, and to talk about the play.
	It helped me prepare for my role in a way, and we were able to discuss a lot about the conversation scene. I plan to try it out in tomorrow’s rehearsal.
	When Hyodo’s with Sakisaka, he shows another different side of himself than when he’s with the Autumn troupe guys.
	Also, when they have desserts, the both of them savour and eat them right up.
	Just like King and Jack, Sakisaka and Hyodo have some similarities too after all, huh?

Sakyo	…It’s outta character for me, but being able to act in a place like this is a great experience and learning opportunity.
	And I can make use of this experience in my acting from now on as well.
	Well, also… gazing at the sea together with Director-san on the ship like this… ain’t bad either.
	Yeah.
	The breeze feels nice and both the sea and sky are vast and beautiful.
	We have free time again this evening…
	But it seems there’s a live band playing in the lounge.
	Wanna go listen to them together?
	Sure, then I’ll come pick you up from your room when evening hits.
	I’ll escort you, Director-san, in a manner that suits a luxury cruise ship.

Kumon	Sakyo-san plays Muku and nii-chan’s mentor in the upcoming play, right?
Sakyo	Yeah. I went out to eat with those two the other day to discuss the play and role studying.
Kumon	Ehh, really!?
	That’s so nice!
Sakyo	You know… you go out to eat and shop with Hyodo and Sakisaka all the time, don’t you?
Kumon	Of course I wanna go together with Muku and nii-chan, but I wanna go eat with Sakyo-san too!
Sakyo	Hah? With me?
Kumon	Yeah!
	Hey! Why don’t we go to the ramen shop I always go to together next time!? It’s super tasty~!
Sakyo	…Well, it might be possible to listen to him about my two apprentices.
	I wanna hear stories about Bon when he’s at school too.
	I guess I’ll go next time.
Kumon	Yayyy! Please tell me about nii-chan in Autumn troupe, acting, and lots of other stuff!

Anna
