KazunariSsup, Settzer~.
Banri…Yo.
KazunariI heard a big name went to the Theater and Dance Department today and held a workshop.
My friend told me he's from a popular theater troupe.
BanriOh, yea. The lecture ended in three secs.
KazunariThree seconds!? So short!
BanriWell. Thanks to that, not many people participated in the workshop.
KazunariHow was the workshop?
BanriHmm…
Kazunari…Settzer?
--Alrite! Let's go buy boba on our way home!

Store staffWelcome~.
KazunariI'll have matcha soy milk with red beans and extra pearls. How about you, Settzer?
BanriOolong milk tea. Less sugar.
Store StaffUnderstood~.
KazunariSo? What kind of person is Kabuto?
BanriAt first I was like, "The heck is wrong with this guy?" But what he pointed out during the workshop was accurate.
KazunariWhat did he say to you?
BanriNothing.
He doesn't have any issues with my acting in general, but he told me I was nothing but a skillful actor who could only bring a performance to 100 points, not 120 points.
He also told me I don't have to choose acting. Anything will do.
KazunariSay whaaat!? That's too harsh! He doesn't even know you that well!
BanriWell, honestly, he wasn't entirely wrong.
Watching all kinds of performances in Veludo Way, I do admit that what that guy said, the "120-points moment", certainly exists.
Even though the performance and the actor stay the same, at that moment, everything changes drastically. It's like a miracle.
KazunariAh… I think I understand that.
BanriAmong all the plays I've done so far, I think the me in "How Wonderfully Picaresque" was the closest to that.
Rather than breaking out of my shell, I felt like I’d casted off my skin that time.
Since then, I've gained more experience and learned many new things. My knowledge about acting and physical expressions has also increased…
I feel like I can calmly deliver a much better performance than during our debut show.
But I don't think I can bring myself to 120 points, being so immersed in your role during a performance that you forget who you are.
What prevents me from entering that state is what I consider my strength--the fact that I always objectively think about how I should present myself.
KazunariSo to sum it up, you can't be immersed in your role because you're always calm?
BanriI'll never achieve such a thing as long as I don't cast my strength away. Then again, it ain't something you can easily give up.
I know that. Because of that, what that guy said really hit where it hurts.
He told me I don't have enough reason to say theater is my only option.
KazunariLecturers always say that kind of thing, huh. Ever since I got into uni, I've always been asked about what I want to express through my art and design.
But it's not like I have a theme I want to express for the rest of my life through art.
I've come to realize I'm more suited to be a creator who creates things with someone rather than being a solo artist.
I get your feelings, though, Settzer. I worried about a lot of things before I decided to take this path.
But well, our uni is one that will support that kind of student with all their might.
Banri…You have a point. They do make us do a lot of things, like contemporary dance or mime. Not just acting.
KazunariWith all the opportunities they let us have, it sure helps us easily find what we want to do for the rest of our lives, right~.
Besides, aren't we super duper lucky?
Even in MANKAI Company, we have a lot of model cases of life simply just by watching these guys.
There are some who devote their life to theater, and there are some who don't.
That's why, you should try to talk with a lot of people and think it through.
BanriI see.
KazunariHow about talking with Tsumutsumu for starters?
Banri(…He has a point. Talking about acting with Tsumugi-san sounds fun.)

Tsumugi
BanriTsumugi-san.
TsumugiAh. Welcome home, Banri-kun.
BanriSay, do you have a moment after this? There's something I want to talk about with you.
TsumugiSure thing. Is it something serious?
BanriLet's say, it's something I want to ask you because you're a more experienced actor?
TsumugiSo it's like a career consultation?
BanriHmmm… I guess it's something like that. We can go to our usual cafe.
TsumugiIn that case, why don't we talk at a more adult-like place while we're at it?
