Outside Work is a minigame that allows Directors to earn a bit of money (and occasionally items) on the side by having two actors perform outside. By letting two actors pair up together, Directors can see how their relationship is and how they work together. Items that are earned during part time work can be used to level up an actor's Burst meter.

Currently, there are 3 areas to work at that can be unlocked by ranking up.
