The Outside Work screen allows you to select two different members to perform outside work, earning coins and items. Currently, there are 3 areas to work at that can be unlocked by ranking up.
Each pair of members has unique dialogues at each of the three areas. Completing all conversations between the original 20 characters earns you the Company Fan Title Achievement, while completing conversations between all 24 characters earns you the Family Fan Title Achievement. See Outside Work Conversations to see the different character interactions.
The red hearts with yellow sparkles have a chance of dropping items when tapped. Items that are earned during Outside Work can be used for Special Training.
