Izumi (The play takes place in a fairytale world where there are the floral prince, the star prince, the sun prince and the moon prince.) (The princes are fighting to break the princess’ curse, but in the end, the kind-hearted Prince Florence is the one who saves the princess….) (This is perfect for Muku-kun.) (It is still a comedy, but because the theme heavily focuses on the fairytale aspect, the vibe feels a little bit different.) Misumi It looks sparkling~. Kazunari I know right! A fairytale comedy feels fresh! Muku He is truly a kind and wonderful prince… I’ll do my best! Tenma The casting has been decided, huh. Yuki It appears so. Izumi Well, it had been pretty much decided that the lead and co-lead would be taken over by those who had never done it before. Kumon Prince Florence’s retainer, Broto: Kumon Hyodo…. Does this mean I’ll play the co-lead? Tenma You’re the only one who hasn’t been co-lead among us. Kumon But am I really good enough to take such role? I’m still lacking in experience. Besides, my role this time is different from the one in First Crush Baseball, where I got to play a character similar to me…. Kazunari Don’t worry, Kumopi. This is your third Summer Troupe play, after all. Tenma Your acting has definitely gotten better than your first time performing. It’s not a problem. Misumi You’re gonna be okay~. Kumon But this is an important play for Muku… Are you really okay with me, Muku? Muku Of course! I’m happy to be able to do this with Kyu-chan. Rather, I may be the one dragging you down… Kumon You will not! I’m much worse… Yuki What’s with this negative combi? Izumi You two are overthinking it! Misumi Cheer up~! Muku I’m much worse… Kumon I’m much worse… Tenma Hey, we haven’t even started our practice and you guys are already like this. Will you be all right? Izumi (As expected of cousins, they are in sync…. They don’t have to be in sync at times like this, though.) Kumon Are you here, Muku? Let’s read the scenario--. Muku “Good morning, Lily. You’re beautiful today too. You look like a shining star in the night sky.” “They’re worried you say? What’s wrong?” “It can’t be helped, you know? There are a lot of beautiful flowers in this world. Well, the most beautiful one is me, though.” Kumon --. Muku --Huh, Kyu-chan? Kumon You’re amazing, Muku! The way you move looks like a real prince’s! Muku No, I am not. The way a prince moves is more elegant and refined…. Kumon Eeh! I think it’s already elegant and refined enough, though! Muku No, I need to work harder. Kumon (Muku is so amazing… Can I put out something like that too….) (No, I can’t be like this. I’ve already said I’d do my best as well.) (I have to help Muku’s grand play succeed at any rate. I must not ruin it.) Muku “So this is the castle of the East Country. It’s really big.” Kazunari “Not as big as mine, though.” Muku “...You are?” Kazunari “I’m the second prince of Star Country, Linkle.” Muku “I am from Flower Country--.” Kazunari “Ah, you don’t have to introduce yourself. I won’t remember it, anyway.” Izumi (Kazunari-kun is taking the role of someone who is a little bit tsun--it’s a little bit different than his usual characters. However, he can grasp it well.) Muku “Is that so? Well, you won’t forget me once you see my beautiful face, anyway. So I have no problem with not giving you my name.” Kazunari “...” Misumi “What an overconfident prince.” Muku “Who are you?” Misumi “I’m the first prince of Moon Country, Shine.” Izumi (I expect no less from Misumi-kun. He’s getting into the cold demeanor of the moon prince.) Muku “Nice to meet you. I’m Florence from Flower Country.” Tenma “So you’re from that Flower Country, huh, that small country in the region. No wonder there’s a blooming flower on your head.” Muku “So are you perhaps the sun? Both the color of your hair and your cloak are dazzling.” Tenma “Hmph, that’s obvious. I’m the sun prince, after all. My name is Sunny. Remember it.” Izumi (The sun prince’s overbearing impression fits Tenma-kun perfectly.) Yuki “....The princes are all weird.” Kumon “I think so too.” Izumi (Playing a character who is a little bit atypical is right up Yuki-kun’s alley. The problem is… Muku-kun and Kumon-kun.) (Muku-kun is overstraining himself because he is leading the play.) (Kumon-kun is playing a competent retainer who has seen much of life--it looks like he’s struggling because the role is quite different from his usual self.) (How should I say this, it feels like these two are pushing themselves too hard…) Muku-kun, try to relax a little bit. That’s right…. Try saying the lines while swaying your arms. Muku Huh? Eh, ah, yes. “So this is the castle of the East Country. It’s really big.” Izumi Yes, just like that. It looks good when you are relaxing. As for Kumon-kun, yes, that’s right… Try acting it out while thinking of Tsuzuru-kun. Kumon Tsuzuru-san, huh. Izumi (All right, Muku-kun and Kumon-kun are getting better bit by bit.) (Since both of them already have experience, they are able to listen and practice what they’ve been advised for quickly. They’ve both improved.) Muku “I have to save the princess no matter what happens!” Kazunari Ah, you look like a real prince when saying that line! Misumi Muku is so cool~! Muku N-No, I am not. I need to be more gallant… Izumi (I feel like Muku-kun is worrying too much. Maybe it’s because of his strong ideals for a prince….) ….You are too fastidious about it; it’s fine if you can’t catch up on that. Tenma ….Fastidious, huh. I think that isn’t the only reason why he’s like that. Izumi It’s the not the only reason? Tenma No matter how many times you look at it, he’s driving himself too hard because this is his first leading role. We won’t be able to make progress if this keeps up. Izumi ….Yeah. (He’s fretting a little bit too much, I am worried…)
