HAve A greAt trip!
Episode 1
Event Story Next
Mizuno…And so, I would definitely like to invite everyone in Mankai Company to go overseas.
IzumiUmm, that’s a very attractive offer, but…
We don’t have the money to go overseas, so…
MizunoOf course, Mizuno Enterprise will be taking care of the transportation fees, lodging fees and so on.
IzumiEh?! You’ll be taking care of all the fees?!
MizunoYes.
This overseas training trip will serve to introduce promising Japanese troupes to famous overseas troupes, after all.
We’ll be going to a theater located in a place known as the holy land of plays, so troupe members from all over the world will be gathered there.
I’m sure that this will be a good motivation for everyone.
All your troupes’ third plays are over, so for the sake of everyone’s progress from now on, what do you say?
IzumiI see…
(It’s true that this will allow them to study and gain experience. I do think that it’s a good opportunity, but…)
Sakyo
IzumiSakyo-san, what do you think?
Sakyo…Why not give it a shot?
MizunoReally?!
SakyoWell, we have to reward them occasionally. Moreover, it’s a good opportunity for them to come in contact with plays from all over the world.
IzumiYeah, that’s true. I’m sure everyone will be happy about it!
MizunoThat’s wonderful, thank you very much! Well then, let’s hurry and make the arrangements—
TsuzuruDirector~?
Mizuno…!
Well then, I will contact you later regarding the arrangements for the plans and schedule and so on.
Please excuse me…!
IzumiAh, Mizuno-san——.
…Aaand he’s gone.
SakyoIt’s always the same with him, isn’t it.
Izumi(It seems that Mizuno-san still isn’t able to face Tsuzuru-kun…)
TsuzuruAh, so you were here.
…Uh, sorry. Were you in the middle of something…?
SakyoWe just settled it. Don’t worry about it.
Well then, I’ll be returning to my room.
IzumiOkay, good work.
Tsuzuru…Hmm? He dropped some documents… Ah, he’s gone.
IzumiAh, that’s——.
TsuzuruUp-and-coming troupe, proposal for overseas training trip… Mizuno Enterprise…?
IzumiActually, Mizuno-san was here just now.
Tsuzuru…!
That guy… Geez.
Izumi(Tsuzuru-kun seems kind of happy.)

Notes[edit]

  • If you don’t remember Mizuno, he’s Tsuzuru’s childhood friend (sort of) from Spring’s third play, The Clockwork Heartbeat.
  • Mizuno speaks in keigo, which is basically formal and very polite speech.
  • Sakyo speaks like… Sakyo. I didn’t really know how to translate his rough way of speaking, but you get the idea. He’s a yakuza, after all.
