They were definitely skilled, but their performance was low-risk and not particularly extraordinary; I think they were too conscious of the award. Tasuku The nominees this round weren’t very adventurous overall. Tsumugi I can see why they prefer that sort of style, but when they’re all like that, it’s a problem. Tasuku You’re right... You don’t want to be too edgy, but when everything fits into the same mold, it just narrows the potential for theater as a whole. Guy Takato and Tsukioka are talking about play theory....
