This is a guide that will cover the basic aspects of how to play a particular type of event.
There are three types of events in A3! at the moment: Regular/Troupe, Seasonal, and Etude.
Troupe Events (or Regular Events) are the normal, troupe/play-associated events such as Nocturnality or Stranger.
Seasonal Events are virtually the same as a Troupe Event in terms of gameplay, but it uses a different point system.
Etude Events do not have rewards for ranking, and is the first type of event that's quite significantly different to the normal system.

How to Play
Troupe Events
- During the event period, limited practice sessions can be played ♪ First go to the event top page or to the play selection screen, then go to the event programme menu (イベント演目) and begin practice!
- Event tickets will occasionally drop during practice. These event tickets can be used to view the event theatre (観劇)! In addition, event performances (公演) will occasionally occur during practice.
- If the event performance succeeds, event points can be obtained in exchange for coins. Event points can also be obtained from viewing the event theatre. You will receive 500 pts from viewing the event theatre; however, extra points can be gained through viewing the event theatre with the event gacha cards.
- As event points are gathered, various rewards can be obtained. Rewards can also be acquired by ranking based on the total event points gained!
- The Seasonal Bonus mark indicates cards with increased stats and will also provide an event bonus (even as guest supports)
- As of the Nocturnality event, birthday cards also gain a small stat bonus in events in their corresponding month, as indicated by the puchi (tiny) bonus mark
- Kameman refills 1 SP while Boxed Kameman fully refills your SP (will overflow)
- Bentou fully recovers your LP while Onigiri recovers 50% of your LP (will overflow)
- Troupe tickets are used to view the event's theatre live
Seasonal Events
- As with troupe events, limited practice sessions can be played during the event period.
- Instead of points, these events have special Event Items. Collect these for rewards and ranking!
- The only way to earn items during seasonal events is to play the event performances (公演) which occasionally occur during practice.
Etude Events
- Play the limited event practice sessions for a chance to activate an Etude Battle.
- During an Etude Battle, select a guest support and a team to participate in it to defeat your opponent. If you have more points than your opponent's, you win the Etude Battle. If you defeat them by a large margin you may get some extra rewards.
- After an Etude Battle, a coin flip minigame (Oheniri Chance) may appear. This gives you a chance to earn more points or items.
- Unlike other events, Etude Events don't have ranking tiers or ranking rewards.
Etude Battles
Etude Battles are sorted into 3 different difficulties which correlates to the practice you do. You can only attempt the battle once but you'll still earn points whether you win the battle or not. Similar to previous events, stopping the battle will cause the LVL to go down by 1.
The success line is the minimum points you need to win the battle, if you score more points than required, you will get a MANKAI bonus which will grant you more points overall than bonus points from seasonal characters.
During the battle, Adlib Skills have a chance of activating. These will provide a boost to your scores. Both the leader of your team and your guest support's Adlib Skill has a chance of activating. The chance depends on the level of the Adlib Skill, which goes from 1-4.
- Success Line, Maximum Bonus, and Points gained are based of when the Battles are at LVL 100
- Points gained at Maximum Bonus excludes seasonal characters and MANKAI bonus

Oheniri Chance
After winning an Etude Battle, a Tip Chance (おひねりチャンス Oheniri CHANCE) may appear. The goal is to get 2+ of the same character out of 5. Each character has a corresponding reward.
You have one chance to select and switch unwanted tokens to attempt a match. You do this by clicking on the tokens you want to change and pressing CHANGE.

Kamepon
- There are three Kamepon boxes: Red, Blue, and Yellow and they all contain 500 items each.
- You can use the points earned by playing Etude Battles to roll in any of the boxes.
- Each time you receive an item from a particular box, the amount of that item in the box is reduced. For example, if you roll in the Red Box and get the one SSR card in the Red Box, you can't get another SSR from the Red Box.
- When you empty one box completely, you receive a Premium Medal and a title. Emptying all boxes earns you 5 Premium Medals and a title.
- After you clear all the boxes, they refresh with a separate set of rewards (300 items per box).
